Watching the best players in today’s game only highlights how ridiculously great Kobe was . He would destroy this league as would td |

I actually agree. Love Kobe but his mentoring is not needed for this era. At least not offensively. |
Yeah Kobe has no clue how to play in today's game

True
Kobe was born in 1978 and started learning Basketball like Tiger at super early age
Kobe is from the 80's and obviously can't 't figure out how to compete in this era
|
He recommended worm face snake tongue Rob Pelinka Lowe didn't he? 'Nuff said... He needs to go away. He's already done enough damage. |
Only Lakers I've ever known to truly take their profession of basketball player to Yogic levels

Outtrained every other player

What a shocker that you would think that.... /s
Do you know how many players in the league Kobe has mentored? Funny how you only focus on Tatum but not others like Giannis, Kawhi, etc.
The anti-Kobe takes of some of you are honestly embarrassing at this point. |

Lance is a no brainer at minimum imo.. He is the type of guy that can shift the entire momentum of the game at times.. Obviously it can go the other way too but to have a player with that capability on the bench is always nice to have.. I think he's also the kind of guy you want in the playoffs especially if you need a shake up in the middle of a series. |

For the minimum and assuming the coach doesn't have him playing heavy mins he's worth it. Anything else is crazy. |

90% of this roster doesn’t have the IQ to absorb what Kobe has to say. |

I don't mind Lance back if it's for a low cost and so he can be like the 10th man on the roster. With all the mess, he was actually one of the few who kept his head down and out of trouble, and always brought energy to garbage time.
His behaviour was much better than McGee and Rondo, for example, and it's not like we'll have a parade of guys ready to sign with us anyway. Plus, he knows Vogel. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

There's not a single player who couldn't benefit from Kobe's advice.
Pair Kobe (in his early 30s) with Embiid, Butler and Phil as an oldschool coach, and you have a contender even in the "modern NBA".
My point of view:
Gimme a Kobe over any system (modern NBA aka smallball, splash bros, 7sec or less) _________________ White guy to white guy alley oop |

Embiid is one who can rival Kobe’s footwork. It is that soccer background. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Rachel Nichols spun this news as if Kobe coming to El Segundo means he’s advising the Lakers with input. And Windhorst of all people called her out and shut her down for it. _________________ |

I'm not sure you can really do "much" better when I'm saying they should sign him for the minimum to be a bench warmer. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

I would take him back. He had more good games than bad, is a willing defender, and can get under anyones skin. |
