Doesn't matter what he does in the weight room if he still cant hit a damn FT or 3pt shot. |

It doesn't? Interesting mindset.
Anyway, might all be for naught if he's traded like Stein is saying. |

Well and IF he's on another team, hopefully he never finds that shot.... _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team ! |

too late, he showed very brief flashes of what he can become, but if it means AD then i'll pack his bags for him. _________________ We only celebrate championships.

Lonzo moving to Pelicans or Suns gives the ball family a better chance to all be on the same team |

Going to miss Lonzo a lot. Pels should be a great situation for him though. Maybe he'll come back home someday as a fully developed star. I can hope. |

Only way we keep Lonzo is if NOP thinks he's better than Lonzo or will be better. I don't think they do.
I'd definitely like to keep Lonzo and ship everyone but LeBron out. _________________ Build around team players, not ISO players. |

AD is easily more talented than Lonzo.
Lonzo has a bigger impact on winning than AD.
IMHO, Lonzo will make people great no matter where he is. AD will still need a creator for him no matter what team he's on. Makes more sense to pair them than swap them. _________________ Build around team players, not ISO players. |

AD is a finisher who has put up major stats and lead his team to the first round.
We were 4th seed with a healthy Lonzo and out of the playoffs when he went down.

And we also had a very easy schedule at the time. And the Clippers were also in first place, so what does the Lakers being in 4th prove?
LOL @ people thinking Lonzo having a bigger impact on winning. How many playoff games as he played? How many all star appearances? Hit's free throws worse than Shaq and misses half the year every season.
I like him as a player and think he can develop but when you have 2 top 5 players on your team(assuming AD comes) you don't wait around for guys to develop. |

AD is a finisher.
Lonzo makes everything easier for everyone else on both ends of the court.
AD without a player to feed him is a stat stuffer.
AD with a great passer is almost un-guardable.
What are you trying to say? There are a LOT of players who have a bigger effect on W/L than AD but who aren't close to being as naturally talented as AD. Draymond is a perfect example. _________________ Build around team players, not ISO players. |

Lonzo can't stay on the court, and he has no playoff experience yet you think this guy is going to contribute in the playoffs? They'll just take away his left hand, and force him to the free throw line, assuming he is playing and not injured. Then once his father is interviewed we can hear him blame everyone else.
Besides, we all know Lebron is the primary ball handler on this team. He will get AD plenty of easy buckets. |
