that would be the equivalent of getting a max player, imo...

good sign...

I thought Kidd already got the lead assistant job since he's reportedly the highest paid AC in the NBA.

Wonder what they could offer to entice him to leave?

Reporting w/ @wojespn: The Lakers received permission from Golden State to talk to assistant Ron Adams about a role on Frank Vogel's staff, league sources tell ESPN. It’s unclear Adams' level of interest but Lakers could make case more compelling with significant financial offer.

it would be good, but I would not hold my breath.....I assume they would have to pay through the nose to get him.

I can’t believe the lack of excitement here. We over half a decade we lacked a true XO guy. That means Pelinka does know what he’s doing.

eh, im gonna wait for june 30th to see how he does. bidding against yourself in the AD trade was horrendous, and then bumbling the details after the fact? i dunno man. this is some phil jackson level of front office incompetence.

They should've invested in David Griffin or a real PBO. Someone who actually steers the franchise. Maybe even throw a measly million at Jerry West as an advisor. But I digress, let's hope they pay up for Adams.
