They're reporting he signed for 2 years and $16 million.

If he plays like he did in 2017-18 it's a decent signing. Not sure how much better we could've done than him at the SG spot.

Mods feel free to merge this if someone beat me to the punch on this story.

Well at least he knows he'll be a backup right out the gate. He's a quality reserve, terrible starter.

Don’t like the signing. He’s a locker room malcontent. I fully expect them to trade him before this deal is up.

Fans don't like KCP because he has made some of the stupidest plays. Along with that his play offensively has been very inconsistent.

That being said this was a good signing. KCP can defend both the 1 and 2. Has shown durability and the ability to play long minutes.

We need to interject more youth onto this team and KCP fits that bill.

IMO if we are playing Rondo/Lebron/Davis/MCgee as part of our starting 5. KCP has to be in there.

I know he has played bad as a starter but maybe a fresh start with new coach and system can get his confidence back.

How do the Lakers keep getting duped into re-signing this guy? He never makes big shots and plays awful defense.

This signing gets a D-

KCP is not worth $8M/yr.

I would rather have kept Bonga, Moe Wagner and let AD keep his trade kicker money than pay it to KCP.

You'd think they'd notice the subzero interest in him league-round. Was anyone even offering this dude the room?

Rich Paul really has Rob's nuts in a vice.

KCP is a good signing.

Yes, he's made stupid plays and has been inconsistent offensively.

That being said. He can guard both 1 and 2, for the most part has remained injury free and can play heavy minutes while expending max energy on both sides of the floor.

We need youth on this team. and for what was left in our price range KCP is a good fit.

WE are going to have a lot of older players we need more youth and energy to interject with the vets...

Kuzma and KCP will be key to our success.

I think McGee at least equal if not slightly better than this tool! Shoudve use this money on Cousins and Rondo.. I woild hate for clips to snatch these two..

I can see a lineup

KCP/Green/Lebron/Davis/MCgee

If we decide no Rondo. Lebron as primary ball handler. Shooters on the floor and versatility on defense.

Agree. I’m so sick of watching this chucker clank wide open shots while also making stupid defensive decisions

Pelinka signed KCP three times in three years. Every year the price tag gets lower because he was not worth it. Yet he got a total of 46M for 4 years. KCP must know some secrets.

Lance is not better than KCP at all.

KCP will come of the bench with defense and shooting

lance will come out with his air guitarr.

We should seriously go for Lin

He'll take the minimum and is very underrated on the defensive end.

Get him ASAP Rob you punk.
