A lot of y’all are so damn entitled and need to be brought down to earth. Kawhi screwed y’all over, so what? It happened. Lakers FO knew the risk and took a gamble and loss, but you guys still have LeBron and AD. The level of disrespect LeBron gets on here is ridiculous for a guy who was the only top level FA willing to sign with y’all. Get your heads out of your asses! AD never would have come here if it weren’t for LeBron. There’s no ifs and buts about it.Although LeBron is aging and his window is closing, but he’s still arguably the best player in the league when he’s healthy and has the right fit around him. AD is a legit 25 and 10 guy when healthy. If the Lakers go out there and surround LeBron with more decent shooters and a few veteran 3 and D players like Iggy and Morris, the Lakers would have a decent well-balanced roster to compete against any team if LeBron and AD stay healthy. |

PER Player Efficiency Rating (Hollinger at ESPN)
I looked at the top 300 players in the NBA on PER. Below are the ratings for the Lakers and Clippers. While the Clippers have a higher average they have fewer players in the top 300. I did not count Caruso at 161 or Zubac at 62 since they have not agreed to sign with their respective teams.
Lakers
Rank Name PER
3 Davis 30.32
8 James 25.64
28 McGee 21.88
155 Kuzma 14.05
187 Cook 13.13
195 Green 13.02
198 KCP 12.96
Average 18.71428571
Clippers
Rank Name PER
7 Leonard 25.89
20 Harrell 23.44
22 George 23.32
34 Williams 21.5
249 Beverly 11.19
Average 21.068 _________________ Keep winning! |

I don't know if these are the Clipps best 5, but if you take these 5 against the best 5 Lakers you show, the Lakers are also about 21. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |

Assuming Caruso and Williams offers are not rescinded, there is only one open spot left.
Rondo, Cook, Caruso
Green, KCP, Daniels
James, Kuzma, THT
AD, Dudley, Williams
Boogie, McGee _________________ Keep winning! |
