OK for a back up. NO defense. There was a 17 point spread when he was on the floor rather than off. That is as in negative 17 points.
Notoriously bad statistically on defense...bottom of the barrell. Fans complained about Clarkson and now Kuzma, then welcome him. There's a reason he was buried deep on the bench.
Whoa whoa...did you guys watch the finals? He was getting up on folks and giving effort. Is there some advanced stat supporting this or we just disagree on the eyeball test? +\- can be very deceptive
I said "statistically" bad because on sports talk radio (710? 570? 830?) yesterday, they read a stat that he ranked in the bottom 2 of 87 (89?) (pg's?) guards.

His defense is nonexistent but his offense is on point. He has to improve defensively if he wants to make a difference.
That’s dlo- cook actually gives effort
If he gives good effort that's a start. Hopefully he continues to work on his defense. His offense is steady. I'm glad we picked him up. He is an asset that's for sure.

Can we finally say we dodged the Rondo bullet?
We did, but it was a boomerang bullet that came back around. Another year of crappy ass play, but lots of "just wait for the playoffs" hype. But then again, dude is up and down. So hopefully next year is UP.
Interesting that he played with Boogie, AD, Rondo and McGee before _________________ “God knew they couldn’t be on this Earth without each other. He had to bring them home to have them together.” – Vanessa Bryant

I’m very surprised. I freely admit I watched him primarily in finals but he caught my attention. Unlike a poor defender he was really getting up on folks and challenging them. Maybe he stepped up for those games or maybe after a few passes he loses his man? But I was like...what the heck this dude getting up in the raptors grills.
And he and Green got deep playoff experience. If we should get far, they won't wet their pants. We need about everyone to have that trait, imo. No more yutes (save Kuz), we got only 1-2 shots at a title and it's gonna be harder than most of us thot since Kawhi turned out to be a creep. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!
Quinnipiac is the better catch and shoot jumpshooter, but I would've preferred Trey Burke because he is miles superior as a penetrator and shot creator.
The Lakers chose him because of shooting, Burke was the better option here for what they need beyond shooting.
Who will get their own shot on this team beyond James and Davis.
This move shows me they aren't truly into the needs of this team. Yes they need shooting, but they also are severely in need of shot creation abs a guy who can break down defenses.
They said this last year and watched "guys that can create their own offense" continually miss shots because they were NOT SHOOTERS.....

Are we just raiding the Warriors now? Cook, Cousins, and potentially Iguodala. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

If he can drop 3 balls with regularity, I am not sure his D will even matter that much.
Obviously we are looking for guys who can knock in the wide open uncontested 3's as there should be plenty off of LeBron and Davis double teams. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny
