This is about Kawhi wanting to take "LeBron's" torch and not be "passed it".

Its crazy to wish for an injury to opponents.
Instead, learn from experience.
GOLDEN STATE. TOO MANY STARS WOULDNT LAST.
YOU NEED 2 BIG STARS AND ONE LESS.
BRON DAVIS RUSSELL WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT.
OH WELL...

We were never getting Russell

Yeah, I swear, I don't know what alternate reality these posters are in where DLO was an unrestricted free agent that could be negotiated with. Spoiler alert, he was a sign and trade for Durant, people.

What he did was the single most stupid thing I have ever seen in free agency.

He went against the following:

Winning-they can win on the Clips but if he joined us the probability of success is higher. Not open for debate because if he joined us Paul George stays in OKC.

His Health- Paul George just had a shoulder operation, they traded away Gallinari and SGA a combined 30 pt. production from their starting lineup, how is he gonna do load management properly? Who will shoulder the burden if George don't recover as planned. If he joined us a healthy AD, Bron and Kuzma would have awaited him.

Family-everyone knows they were all Laker fans. Mom probably still shaking her head at his decision.

His Brand-Lakers would have elevated his brand higher, no contest.

His Community- I'm sure all his friends, teachers, classmates and old neighbors wanted him to be a Clipper when he had the opportunity to play for the Lakers on his hands.

History-Clippers hasn't won anything during its miserable existence.

His Values-he once said he doesn't play for the fans but for winning...he don't think he gonna win with Bron, AD and Kuzma? Well everyone in the world does.

Going against the Man-

His Legacy-everyone will remember how he snaked his way to prevent us from having that 3rd star to weaken our chance of dominating them. Hero turned villain.

There's no guarantee the Clippers can make it out of a tough West with Utah, Denver, Portland, Bron+AD, and I wouldn't count out the Warriors either, they might not win it all but they can still be a tough out. People crowning the Clips just like that need to calm down. This season should be exciting though, it's definitely up for grabs moreso than at any time in the last 10 years or so.

a lot of reasons he went with the Dippers; mostly Balmers $$.

The problem with $$ is already shown though.. Dips just reload until their $$ looks unproductively spent.

The guys helping the lakers now (Bron, AD, Kuz) are setting themselves up for life.

Will be a major oversight later.

It's about him (bleep) around with the Lakers while he screws around with of/clippers. Grow some balls and tell upfront

lmao the dudes a free agent and was weighing his options.. we hatin for that now? the only ones we should be spazzin on are those reporters who were basically guaranteeing that Kawhi would be a Laker.

He weighed his options but it was Clips city or bust for him. He held our FO hostage while knowing full well he wanted to be a clip all along. How much $$ did Balmer pay him under the table.

He was never going to sign with us. All the information that the Lakers are leaking now to the media confirm that he has sabbotaged the Lakers on purporse.

Shame on you for hoping or wishing injury to anyone.

Lets not get self righteous here. Kwak left us at the altar. We are pissed.

But it has happened historically, players use as leverage.

Laker management went up to the plate and we struck out. It happens. No guts, no glory.
