No, it's actually for Alex Caruso!

Hmm how much PT will he get this year?

Against 2nd unit guards that aren't scoring threats, that's when having guys like Cook and Daniels will make sense. There's the old adage that you can never have too many shooters. That we got both for $5 million is a steal.

Green- 99th percentile in catch and shoot 3's and spot up 3's. (2018-2019)
Quinn- 97th percentile in catch and shoot 3's and spot up 3's (2018-2019)

LBJ- 1st in 3 point assists (2017-2018)
AD- 13th in 3 point assists (2017-2018)

Quinn
Green
LBJ
AD

They have to be in the starting line up together. They are the perfect fit for each other. We would literal be the best three point shooting team in the league.

Add in McGee, Cousins, or Kuz and that is a great lineup. LeBron plays the point on offense, but Quinn and Green chase around the guards on defense.

This does make sense because he is a great free throw shooter. The motions are probably similar.

Small ball of Cook/KCP/Green/LBJ/AD will score a lot of points. And defense would not be too bad either.

For this team I'd take Cook due to being a much better 3pt shooter that Burke.

3pt shooting small ball lineup should be

Cook
Kuzma

That's deadly shooting.

More balance defense lineup to close

Yep, that Cousins lineup should be our starters. Kuz needs to play SF/PF and AD center to close

They have to be in the starting line up together. They are the perfect fit for each other. We would literal be the best three point shooting team in the league.

At least at the start of the season, to make things go smoothly and so the team can focus on defense. We should consider starting Cook. If Lebron is the point, and then you've got Cousins playmaking as well as AD's creating ability, the need for a point guard at point isn't as vital. You bring in Rondo and Bradley when Lebron sits. This allows Rondo to take over for Lebron's PG duties/role. I would definitely consider starting Cook with Green and allow Lebron to run the point at haldcourt. AD/Cousins as the 2nd/3rd option. Green/Cook 4th/5th options with corner or wing 3's. Easy simole offense to get the season started on the right foot. Then as the season evolves, you start to think about making some changes and adding more elements to your offense. You then consider maybe switching Caruso or Bradly for Cook. I don't think Cook can keep up with points on defense, but he would be a 18-20 minute a game starter. Just to keep defenses honest, and to allow Cousins/Davis/Lebron to go to work. Remember when we had Dwight/Gasol/Kobe, one of the main problems aside from the fact that Mike Brown over complicated things on offense too early, was that he did not surround them with enough 3 point shooting and floor spacing. This is why starting Cook/Green together can do wonders for Cousins/Davis/LBJ. Honestly don't think a single team in the league could deal with Cook/Green/LBJ/Davis/Cousins lineup - at least defensively. You leave Green or Cook to help, you pay for it. You let Davis or LBJ iso, you pay for it. You can't really contain Cousins in the paint either. My god, it's scary.

Cook defensively speaking is a nightmare. He'll get eaten up by starting PGs.

If that's true that's why you start Bradley.

I like Cook as a situational sniper off the bench who can "handle" the ball a bit more than Troy Daniels.

Yeah, I see AB starting and Cook getting minutes off the bench when Rondo is having a bad game.
