Totally reminds me of Trevor Ariza stress fracture/ foot break in 2007-2008. We should have beat Boston if we had him and Bynum. It’s not a stress reaction, it’s a BREAK.

"Stress reaction" makes it sound like his foot is really worried. Relax, THT's foot! Get some Cali sunshine, you'll heal right up.

Lol yeah "stress reaction" makes me think of Zo when he bricks his FTs or Markelle Fultz's entire pro career.

He has all-star potential. If he is given the right opportunities, I could see him becoming a scoring PG in the mold of Deron Williams.

He needs to get in shape and quickly.

I'm more like high IQ Bonzi Wells, but THT has a wide variety of outcomes.

THT combine strength and agility measurements:

Lane Agility 11.34
Shuttle Run 3.43
Three QRT Sprint 3.34
Standing Vert 26.0
Max Vert 34.5
Bench Reps 10

That’s all lower end save bench reps. He’s also around 8% body fat, so he has the opportunity to improve on those numbers. These measurables probably lay contributed to his lasting until pick #46

Stress fracture?

Except the bench reps, how much would a stress fracture hurt the measurements in that they are all about running and/or jumping?

I assume we dont see much of him if at all this year since we loaded up on so much depth. His best bet for helping this team this year is focusing completely on defense. Our best bet against elite wings is having numerous defenders to throw at them.

Just one year later, tragedy struck again when his father, Marlin Tucker, died of a heart attack.

“Losing somebody else close to you… it hurts. Your father, I mean he made me, so losing him it just made me realize that life is kind of short.”

Two months after that, Talen’s childhood friend, Saieed Ivey, one of Talen’s biggest influences on his decision to attend Simeon, was killed in Los Angeles.

“Saieed was one of the guys from Simeon that made me want to come here,” Talen said. “He was just really positive… never was a negative dude. He was in Los Angeles and he was playing basketball in college and he was… set-up… and someone killed him…. Killed him on his birthday.”

Four months after that, Talen’s cousin and longtime mentor, Greg Tucker Jr, was killed in a drive-by shooting on the North Side.

“From [age] 13 to 16… that’s a lot,” Talen’s mother Shirley Horton said. “You know you experience life a little fasterAt age 13, Talen lost his beloved grandmother, Paulette Horton, after a nearly year-long battle with colon cancer. Horton was a community staple on Chicago’s North Side.
