if not those are some very weak returns. I very roughly calculated that as about a 3.8% year return on upfront investment and not even factoring in yearly costs and closing sales commissions.
You can easily out earn that with passive investments.

not being sarcastic, just didn't think in deeper $ investment term. You're right 3.8% is not good actually
