Many are worried about Rondo's defense.
Many do not want to see Rondo on the floor at the same time as LBJ.

My questions:
1. Would LBJ want Rondo on the floor at the same time as him if Rondo keeps getting blown by - when there are options who play better defense like Caruso and Bradley. That would make his job harder and have to play much harder?
2. Would AD want Rondo on the floor at the same time as himself and LBJ if Rondo sucks in defense and LBJ does not play such good defense? It would make his own life more difficult?
3. Would it not more sense for Rondo to play with Davis when LBJ is resting? Would AD want to force Rondo into the starting lineup out of friendship but have the team do worse?

Are there known cases of player politics where the worse player gets to play?
