cant believe they added Wes Matthews, R. Lopez, Thiannis, Frank Mason, Kyle Korver, Bender and still have Illasoyva, and only lost Brogdon

plus 2nd full season with same coach, same core

Giannis put up 34, 11, 4 with 3-4 threes in 23 minutes (i get its preseason, but still)

I don't even know if they'll beat Philly tbh.

But yeah it's a well built roster. If Middleton takes another big jump, I'll consider them a real threat.

we have the most skilled bigs in the league. we should be the primary threat. i like our team. not as perfect as if we got kawhi, but i still dont think any team out there is going to beat us.

Giannis has been working on his three awhole lot with Kyle Korver this off-season and it shows. Well at least against the Mavs the other night.

With Matthews, the Lopez bro’s, and so forth they should come out top 2 in the East.
I like that we got Danny Green, Troy Daniels, Avery Bradley, Javale and Dwight to counter.

With all that said with Lebron and AD leading the charge with our roster there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to take them out in the regular season and beyond

When GF couldn't bulldoze his way in a clamped down game, or when Middleton couldn't hit squat, Brogdon was their Mamba. He's a big loss. Wes Matthews is not the Dallas Wes Matthews that we coveted a few years ago.

I would rate Nets (KD less) and Sixers better

I'd rather have Brogdon than the rest of them.

If Victor comes back healthy, I really love the Pacers.

Kawhi locked down Giannis and reverse swept them without having a second superstar like he does now in Paul George.

It isn’t 2009, teams don’t win with bigs. And Philly has the best.

Al Horford is about to take a staggering drop playing the four imo. I just don’t see him being able to chase the modern fours of today all around the perimeter.

He's arguably the best defender against Giannis, in the league. Even next to Kawhi.

Locked up Giannis? That's a load of (bleep). Everytime I saw Kawhi one on one with Gianiis, GA ate him up. It's more like the help defense of Gasol, siakam and Ibaka that stopped giannis. It's really funny how the media ran away with that story of kawhi locking up giannis

Lakers roster is unbalanced and they’ve never played together. There’s plenty of “threats” out there besides the Bucks lol

If/when the Sixers figure it out they'll be our biggest threat.

I really don't like the fact that the Bucks let Brogdon walk. They'll miss him this season.

Right now, it looks like there are four obvious contenders -- us and the Clippers in the west, the Bucks and 76ers in the east. Each of the four rosters have pros and cons.

Yep.
No point in worrying about them yet.
Can't be like some Dodgers fans who were worried about the Yanks and Stros when we had to be worried about them Nats. :\

Personally I think losing Brogdon was a huge blow to the bucks. He was such a high efficiency player with so much more upside. Feel like giannis is pretty close to capped and it’s really about the surrounding players for that team. Not sure how the other pieces will fit in but nothing screams to me that they got better.

Brogdon was absolutely critical in complementing Giannis' game. Lower USG, moderate playmaking, incredibly efficient.

I think Jazz are the team to worry about. Conley, Mitchell, Bogdonavic, Ingles, Gobert might have the best overall starting 5.
