I don't think you need to pull him from the starting job, as others noted the coach is limiting his playing time based on how he is playing....I hope as the offense smooths out his game will improve, unlike dwight who is just playing flat out hard, I think McGee is one of those players when not involved he struggles.

Also I like Dwight coming in off the bench with the focus on locking things down

He is showing 0 effort guarding the perimeter and on screens. Just a lack of energy doing that. He seems to either be trained or told to just drop back and cover the rim. Or is he just not putting the effort?

Joakim Noah is apparently completely healthy and looking to sign with a contender, per Windhorst.

JM will enjoy having Rondo back.

Hopefully the opponent plays defense like Kuz and Cook

Javale will come around and show his worth before the season is over.
He can be good but for short periods of time.

I agree he will be valuable for at least one game in the finals.

His two best games back to back imo. He had some great offensive and defensive sequences. I hope we start seeing this version much more often, it takes that starting unit to another entire level on both ends.

I'm sure every coach he's had does.

we dont need to move anyone. Our size and activity is why we are elite defensively. At this point, only add an iggy if possible. otherwise this team is championship caliber and if healthy for post season we will roll through league.

When McGee is scoring he is very effective. The only concern is that when he doesn't score, it is hard for him to get going, on either end. Wish by playoffs he develops the same mindset Dwight has. Set best screens possible. Play defense all out, regardless of touches. McGee right now is an impact guy if he gets his touches. A lot of teams will not let him get those touches. He has to remain effective. His most intangible value is the length he provides on D. It allows AD to be aggressive as a perimeter defender.

Good all-around effort by McGee. It was nice to see him enjoying the moment.

When I look at Javale, he runs back and forth without *thinking* about where he should run. Like, to an open player. He continues to leave a hot shooter, Baynes, wide open.

We have this deadly 1-2 punch of non "critical-thinking" KCP and McGee. (Clippers has none when I think about it.)

He's been OK offensively, but his D was very bad. Got torched by Baynes.
