AD/Kuz/LBJ/Bradley/Caruso ?

Great switching on defense and shooters on offense.

I like it. Going to need this version of Kuzma, he just needs to be respectable on D.

We need DG in there to be honest. As much as I love AC, DG needs to be in before him

Was talking about this in the AC thread. I think it was more so based on the Suns shooting soooooo many 3’s. These two guys seem to have slowed it down.

I think Caruso is a better defender and is more physical

He was getting beat. Rubio and Booker are too quick for him.

Green is more physical. Caruso is better at taking charges. But Green is a threat from 3 that teams can’t ignore and Caruso, for all the great things he’s done for us so far this season, has been a train wreck on offense. Even if Green is cold, teams aren’t going to leave him open in the corner.

Yes depending on need. This team can multiple closing lineups, we dont have to be a one trick pony.

I like Caruso and, as any white male, I'm a fan, but you don't close games with your 3rd highest paid player and 2 times NBA champ on the bench.

I disagree. Green is our clutch shooter and he needs to be there.

I would go with this one: AB-DG-LBJ-Kuz-AD

- Shooting in DG and AB
- Defense in AB,AD,DG and sometimes LBJ
- Scoring from Kuz
- Decision making LBJ
- Post AD
- Clutch shoots DG

Here we have great spacing and defense is not bad. Yes Kuz is awful defensively but you have others to cover his mistakes. We need him for scoring.

I would prefer

Bradley/Caruso
Green
LeBron
Davis/Howard

Apply as needed

Not sold on Kuzma. Maybe when teams stop targeting him defensively.

Howard, AD, LeBron, Green, Bradley is the best defensive lineup we have.

Inserting Kuzma over Howard would increase our firepower.

Inserting Caruso or Rando over Green or Bradley would improve our offense overall and release LeBron for scoring.

How do you not have Green in your death line up?

Don’t think we have a death lineup.

Seems to me that our death lineups have included Howard.

Our top 5 man lineup in terms of net rating only played 1 min together.

Rondo/Green/Lebron/Kuzma/AD

If you limit it to 10 or more mins played together.. it is...

Bradley/Green/Lebron/AD/Howard

Too hard to say b/c I do think we will make a few moves before the season is over.

Only thing about Caruso is his hesitance to shoot the 3. If he would be more open to it, I wouldn't mind a closing lineup of:

Bradley/Caruso/Green/LBJ/AD.

Caruso is a nice option to have too.

I think the positive in not having a clearcut death lineup is that you can mix and match as needed.

If we are playing the Sixers, not sure we want AD guarding Embiid. I’d probably want Howard in there for that, for example.

The only two you need for sure are Lebron and AD.

After that, it can be three from Howard, Kuz, Green, Bradley, and Caruso depending on the situation and matchups.

Ideally i think Green should always finish as well.

I think Green has to be in there with LBJ and AD, but the fun thing is having two-way options in Bradley, Kuz, Caruso, and (imo) even Dudley who can fill the fill the remaining two spots to close games.
