I think everyone here has been riding high on the 10 game streak. They snuck out wins that I thought for sure were losses. They haven’t been playing masterful each and every game. I knew one would bite them. It always does.

I would like to see more out of some players. Kuzma and Rondo sucked today. Guys couldn’t shoot. I need to see Cook, Daniels and Green hitting 3’s. The offense was settling for crap. Really, Lebron and AD need to not iso but draw in multiple defenders and then kick out to shooters or cutters. I thought we settled for outside shots and they weren’t falling.

Like to see AD, Lebron, Howard, even Kuz, to take that ball to the rack. They weren’t today.

Still not understanding why we’re not running more pick and rolls with LeBron/AD

Shaq and Kobe are the greatest 1-2 punch in NBA history

Remember no dunking or twos. Up to 21
Yeah Kobe and Shaq would still be a tough tandem to overtake in this scenario.

Lebron and AD are still building up their brand. Looking smoother and more in tune each and every game 💪🔥🏀💪🔥🏀

Kobe could go 81 mode and Shaq shuts down the paint.

Sleeping on Magic and Kareem. Lebron and Kobe can’t hold Magic.

Pretty much all of them are Unguardable

In a 2vs2 with no dunking up to 21 where every bucket is registered as 1 point, you need a few layups.

Every player mentioned got super clamps on defense

Tough loss today, but LeBron still came away with decent numbers:

25 points
9 Boards
8 assists
4 steals

I wasn't impressed with 0-3 from deep, but he hit all 3 free throws.

Next season, he likely becomes top 10 all time steals.

513 points thru 20 games this season, so let's say he finishes the season with 2000 points - very likely when you add postseason - he will have 34,500 points.

Kareem has 38,3000.
Conceivably, LAbron could play two more seasons after this season and pass him. That would be the 4th year of his contract if he picks up his option.

Throw a couple of Chips in there and he's rivaling MJ for GOAT status in the minds of many BBall analysts.

He will always come away with decent numbers. Always has and always will. Good thing some of us watch beyond the numbers. There’s a guy in Miami putting up below average numbers yet to me he’s playing like a top 5 guy in the league.

James ended with good numbers but the damage was already done. Why was he still in the game with 4 mins left and down by 20 pts? Where is that “load management” mentality? Tough schedule this week, was it really necessary to be in the game at that point?

Team played without intensity or focus. Settling for bad shots and watching on defense. It was inevitable to have mediocre game when opponents are coming in to beat the best. Actually had a couple during the win streak that easily could of been losses over the win streak.

I will give the Mavs their due. They played with purpose and effort. Getting wide open shots with space makes the percentages go up but they still had to make them.

On to Denver. Not going to be easy. They are another deep team with good chemistry. Lakers have their work cut out for them. It starts with defense and effort. As a team and from James.

His overall numbers were good, but I was disappointed that he didn't try to score more when we went on that dry spell in the 3rd. He needed to step up and stop the bleeding.

You sound pessimistic.

AD is very happy as a Laker. He will sign a long term contract with Lakers.

LAbron is also very happy with Lakers. He will pick up the 4th year of his contract, then sign another contract with Lakers. He will retire a Laker.

LAbron will also become the #1 all time scorer and get his jersey retired.

FYI: Looks like LBJ was right about Carmelo.

I think that he opts our and re-signs at the new cap number. I also think that he wasn't lying when he said that he would like to play with his son. Assuming that his son makes it in the NBA, I think that Lebron does go to whatever team drafts him. Opting out of his current deal after 3 years and signing a new 3-year deal with an opt out would put him as a FA the year his son could be drafted.

Are you from the Future? What are the winning numbers for the next Powerball drawing?

Sounds like you are more concerned about Lebron breaking individual records than Lakers winning championships.

Well, we scored with Dwight, at least. Can't win them all lol.

I find the formatting of his posts annoying. I'm indifferent to the posts themselves. They seem to be generic rah rah Lebron is the guy stuff.

His selection to POW is embarrassing.

His avgs for the week were 22/8/3.

Harden for the week averaged 47/5/7.

Must be them 3 extra rebounds. Haha
