1 Lakers 50+ wins - Most likely
2. Laker WCF - Hopefully
3. Zion All Star Team - Definitely not he hasn't even played a game yet
4. Giannis repeat MVP - Luka is leading the race right now imo
5. Bucks win 70+ - Probably not, I say around 60
6. KCP, Rondo will be traded before Feb - Definitely not

1 Lakers 50+ wins: I think everyone had them winning 50. Now if you had said 60, that would have been going out on the limb a bit, and would be "looking good" now that we're 17-3.

2. Laker WCF: We all want that.

3. Zion All Star Team: Will he play enough games?

4. Giannis repeat MVP: This is looking good.

5. Bucks win 70+: Doubt it, 17-3 like Lakers, but they get 70+ and we get 50+?

6. KCP, Rondo will be traded before Feb: For who?

A 50% success rate isn’t awful but not good enough for a self pat IMO.

this was before the season predictions. who knew they would both be 17 / 18-3 at this point. Lakers could get 70 which would still be 50+

KCP, Rondo for ANYONE...lol a 3 point shooting wing or point guard. (Marcus Morris, Betrans, TJ Warren, Fournier, Goran Dragic, JJ Redick, T. Ross, J Crowder, Alec Burks etc)

Didn't you also predict Kamala Harris would win the Democratic presidential nomination?

Unappreciated, hidden and shunned,
a humble person begets fame and fans.
Before the Season ends a warrior Nun,
will be hailed in the scorching land.

You see in this quadrant, Nostradamus talks about, what many thought was, a female Nun. But historians now know it's about the rise of Kendrick Nunn. Unappreciated = undrafted. Scorching land obviously refers to the Heat.

You see, that's how you make a prediction.

I mean the Bucks were considered a contender before the season started so not much there.. They're off to a hot start just like us and several other teams but there's a reason why only several teams have gone over 70+.. It's extremely difficult to keep it going the entire season consistently. If they do get 70+ though that's a good call for sure.

I'm pretty sure even the biggest doubters had us at 50+ and making the playoffs when you have at worst a top 3 duo in the NBA and a veteran bench. They are Championship or bust the next couple years so even a WCF would be a disappointment after trading the entire youth to go into win now mode.

Luka and Harden look to be the media favorites for MVP so far even though I hope Harden doesn't get it. Giannis is still a contender for the Award but since he won it last year it's kind of the easy bet.

It is not looking good at all for Zion to make the All Star team since he has hardly even played over a month into the season and who knows how he is going to look or be restricted when he does return.

Extremely unlikely KCP gets traded due to his no trade clause and unless Rondo is bundled with Kuzma or something I doubt any team looks at him as an asset unless it's to be strictly a mentor kind of role. I'm all for both being traded if we could somehow pull it off but I don't see it.

Not seeing much there but I do hope a few of them come true

3 and 6 is a no.
4 is a maybe.

For the sake of argument let's say Giannis is MVP, is hitting 66% on predictions worthy of its own thread?
