I’ve never been a fan of the whites in any location on any day. The only reason I tolerate them is that they were the uni’s for Kobe’s 81.
That being said I think the whites are the only uni that Nike hasn’t made worse. I actually like them better then the previous whites. |

Ha. Well we were the only team without a home white forever. You get used to things like purple on the road and gold at home. Then all of a sudden these whites show up. Felt forced.
Let’s be honest. All any team needs is two uniforms. Home and away. But you know what they say…why sell two uniforms when you can sell a dozen! |

I am a traditionalist, but I get the want/need for alternate uniform designs.
Is it true we won't be wearing Gold at home (do we do so now?) in 2020? I thought I read that somewhere.

We haven't been wearing gold since Nike took over. They transformed that color into something else, but whatever it is, it's not gold.

Closer to highlighter yellow or chartreuse yellow, depending on the home camera's white balance setting. When I see them in person I go temporarily blind, and assume they're knock-offs. |
