RONDO FURTHER INFO

Per Trudell

There wasn’t a specific incident or time on the Rondo hamstring strain. He told the medical staff at halftime that he had tightness in the area. No further testing has been done to this point.

RONDO - ITS BEEN AN ONGOING THING

Per Goon

Rajon Rondo says he's been feeling some left hamstring soreness "for a couple weeks" and played through it but tonight, he thought it would be safer to call it at halftime.

AVERY SOON RETURNETH

ICYMI

This was actually posted last night but I was in Birthday Celebration mode so I wasn’t online. But per Trudell

Good news on Avery Bradley (who’s been out with the hairline fracture): he’s been cleared by the medical staff for full contact. He won’t play Sunday vs. Minnesota, but will be listed as day-to-day.

Per Goon

Rajon Rondo is OUT tonight against the Timberwolves with hamstring soreness.

Per Trudell

Rajon Rondo is out tonight (hamstring). Alex Caruso will get his minutes regardless, but expect more Quinn Cook and Troy Daniels, and perhaps Jared Dudley.

Avery Bradley worked out again today with Lakers in Orlando and will play against the Magic Wednesday, per source. He will be on about a 20 minutes restriction. Bradley had been out with a hairline fracture in his lower right leg.

KUZ NO - AVERY PROBABLY - RONDO MAYBE

Per Goon

Kyle Kuzma is OUT tonight with a left ankle sprain. Avery Bradley has been upgraded to PROBABLE. Rajon Rondo is QUESTIONABLE.

https://twitter.com/kylegoon/status/1204824349615828992?s=21

Per Trudell

Kyle Kuzma is out tonight in Orlando due to soreness and discomfort from the left ankle sprain that happened vs. Washington (11/29). The medical staff is holding him out to promote healing; he’ll be day-to-day moving forward.

AD PROBABLE AS USUAL

Per Trudell

On the flip side, Avery Bradley is listed as “probable” to make his return from the hairline fracture in his right leg. Meanwhile, Rajon Rondo is “questionable” (left hamstring strain); and Anthony Davis is “probable” (sore right shoulder).

IFTOS - FULTZ OUT

Per Josh Robbins

Markelle Fultz will not play tonight against the Lakers because he has a stomach virus, a Magic official said. D.J. Augustin will start in Fultz's place.

RONDO - TRULY A QUESTION MARK

Per Trudell

Rajon Rondo (hamstring) is a true game-time decision. They’re going to see how he feels after warming up.

CAUTIOUS APPROACH WITH RONDO

Per Goon’s OC Register article which was largely game rehash but this was interesting

“ The Lakers said Rajon Rondo was a game-time decision on Wednesday night, but ended up sitting him with hamstring soreness in his left leg.

“I think he was hopeful but just not ready yet,” Vogel said. “It’s early in the season. We’re not going to rush guys back, especially soft tissue injuries.”

INJURY UPDATE: Tyler Herro (illness) is questionable for tomorrow night's 7pm game vs the Lakers.

Goran Dragic (groin), Justise Winslow (back) & Dion Waiters (illness) have all been ruled out.

I was about to say it was good news for us but those 3 haven't played the last few games and they've been doing pretty well 0.0

Dragic always seems to have a good game against us, but maybe not anymore now that Sasha is gone.
