He's still playing out of his mind and it's amazing how he had literally no confidence whatsoever early in the season and now has as much or more then any player outside of Lebron and AD.. Just another glaring example when you have great leadership and chemistry on a team.

Nothing but props to him, hopefully it continues through this road trip because we're going to need it!

KCP looks like a totally different player.

Absolutely does...I hate it when a starter like Bradley gets hurt and loses his starting spot for now...but the way KCP is playing it's tough to get him out of the starting line-up.

Lonzo is really struggling.

If he does not turn it around, his selection will be a joke.

Picked #2???

If he keeps it up, we become just that much more ridiculous.

I’m assuming Kuzma eventually figures it out obviously.

Lebron
AD
Kuzma
KCP

4 deep in scoring production would be awesome, especially if KCP and Kuz are hitting 3s as primary production.

I think he'll have a Shaun Livingston awakening in a few years.
But definitely not living up to the #2 pick.

I feel like they simplified things for KCP. Not making him do anything he can't and sticking to pin downs, curls and spot ups. And limiting play making to lobs off the curls.

Good stuff form the coaching staff and big ups to KCP for knocking down shots and playing solid defense.

Do you think Vogel will stick with KCP as a starter even if Avery is 100%? Avery was hitting his mid range shot and playing esceptional D...but we can't over look what KCP has been doing.

I think he’s looking at combos that work

Rondo/Caruso seems to be doing well. Caruso/KCP seems to work.

I think backcourt will go something like:

G1 Bradley (15) Rondo (20) Caruso (13)
G2 Green (20) KCP (20) Caruso/AB split (8)

Depending on performance and matchups some might get more than others.

In the small ball lineups all those guys could pick up extra minutes too.

KCP won’t get any credit, but he’s the reason we won this game. His 3 ball is looking very good.

I think this is the big difference. He’s knocking down his shot and he looks confident doing it.

KCP as a starter:
444 mins (16 games)
28/61 (45.9%) from 3

KCP off the bench:
194 mins (10 games)
4/20 (20.0%) from 3

Since he was inserted in the starting lineup on 11/15, the Lakers have been 2nd in the league in 3P%.

And some of you all believed it was a good idea to bring in Magic.

I actually tweeted him with 100 percent good intent and gave him props and told him Vogz should keep him in the starting lineup when AB gets back. Never thot I'd do that one. Life surprises you sometimes.

I’ve been in his corner ever since we signed him, good to see the positive flow from him.
