MAS KUZ INFO
Per McTen
Kyle Kuzma (left ankle) remains out for the Heat game. Frank Vogel said Kuzma underwent a precautionary MRI which confirmed the ankle sprain. Vogel said Kuzma hasn’t been able to “get over the hump” with the ankle injury and the team wants to give him as much time needed to heal

FURTHER KUZ INFO
Per McTen
Kyle Kuzma tells ESPN his left ankle sprain is totally unrelated to the stress reaction he suffered this summer. He says the extra rest is starting to help it improve and is hopeful to be able to return to the court at some time this trip.

LEBRON ELBOW
Per Tania G
Something seemed to be amiss with LeBron's right elbow. He had his trainer Mike Mancias take a look at it right after the buzzer and was icing it postgame. "I mean, it's fine, I'm icing it right now," he said. "We'll see what happens."

Sodding Butler ran right through him and knocked him on his arse on the last play of the game. He landed heavily on his arm.
No foul of course.
Rest up Lebron. We can rest him for a game as well, we shouldn't need him against the Hawks |

Yeah that was pretty annoying to say the least
But yeah if ATL is our next stop then he should be able to just rest if need be. |

Rest him against Atlanta. We should win without him |

IN ADDITION TO LEBRON NEWS...
Per Trudell
The Lakers also listed Kyle Kuzma as out (ankle), while a probable tag went to Anthony Davis (sore right shoulder), Avery Bradley (hairline fracture, right leg) and Rajon Rondo (left hamstring strain).

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I can see it going either way. The Hawks are fairly irrelevant and *you know* our guys want that upcoming Bucks game. |

Quote: | LeBron James, speaking with @Rachel__Nichols at halftime of his son’s game in Ohio twice mentioned how he plans to play Sunday against Atlanta. So the elbow, just as he described it last night, appears to be fine |

I had a response but this thread is for news not chatter so let’s move it on over to the LeBron thread from here. |

For better roster balance I believe and well as limitations of calling up the G league guys so THT had to be reassigned back to South Bay. |

Yeah I know about the 2-way rules. Good point about roster balance.
I was being sarcastic: we’re playing his brother in a couple of games and I’m sure that’s a factor as well. |

NOT OFFICIAL - LEBRON
Per Tania G
Not officially, but when I talked to him in Columbus he was on his way to the airport to head to Atlanta. I asked if he was ok, and he said "I'm great. I'm always great," while grinning. He also did an ESPN interview where he talked like he was playing.

Rob doing him and Giannis a solid. Good business awareness on his part. Covers every little detail. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."

*except Kuz
Per McTen
Frank Vogel says everybody but Kyle Kuzma is available to play today for the Lakers and both Avery Bradley and Rajon Rondo will have their playing time restriction increased to 25 games.

SAME STARTERS
Per Trudell
Same starting lineup for the Lakers. Plus, Bradley and Rondo get their minutes restrictions up to 25. Last game, it was those two plus Caruso in the bench rotation for guards, with Daniels and Cook not playing. Dudley will continue to play in the absence of Kuzma (ankle).
