I still dont get why people think its necessary to have floor general type point guards. Thats something of the past just like spending a bunch of money on a center. Our non-Lebron lineups have played much better overall without Rondo in them trying to save the day by over dribbling.

When it matters, it’s a halfcourt game. Plenty of time to dissect teams.

As we witness another Rondo/CP3 matchup tonight. Time for a throwback. We need some good Rondo feelings.

CP3 should beware of Rondo's left hook.

Darren Collison would've been better.

Rondo took control and set the tone early for the Lakers. He really played well overall even though he had a rocky second half. Great effort and leadership.

The wily old vet still has a few good games left in him. He just needs a little more load management than most. Give Caruso, Cook & Daniels more time and save Rondo for emergencies & the play-offs.

Tonight's stat line: 21 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists, +14
(If only he could contribute like this on a some-what consistent basis)

He played well today because he didn't dominate the ball and actually tried on D.

There were some points in 2nd half that his decision making hurt the team that lead to OKC runs.

Some of the decisions he makes are so surprising given his Bball IQ and experience.

Set the tone. Too early to activate the playoff Rondo but that’s the way to dictate the game.

Great game. Probably ran out of steam at the end and forced a bunch of threes.

I also think the presence of CP3 gets him mad
