Quote:
I’ve been reluctant to put my feelings into words. My brain refuses to accept that both Kobe and Gigi are gone. I can’t process both at the same time. It’s like I’m trying to process Kobe being gone but my body refuses to accept my Gigi will never come back to me. It feels wrong. Why should I be able to wake up another day when my baby girl isn’t being able to have that opportunity?! I’m so mad. She had so much life to live. Then I realize I need to be strong and be here for my 3 daughters. Mad I’m not with Kobe and Gigi but thankful I’m here with Natalia, Bianka and Capri. I know what I’m feeling is normal. It’s part of the grieving process. I just wanted to share in case there’s anyone out there that’s experienced a loss like this. God I wish they were here and this nightmare would be over. Praying for all of the victims of this horrible tragedy. Please continue to pray for all.

I hope the Lakers are ready to assist the Bryant family with all the help they need. I truly feel the pain of Vanessa Bryant.

I can empathize. It's hard to say if it'll get better because it's 2 loved ones, that was pivotal to the family and 1 being her daughter. Also, 1 being her loving husband, who was also her best friend. Though she has 3 other children that she has to watch out for and be strong for, where it's hard to have a moment to herself and just grieve. It's a really tough situation to be in and I feel for her.

don't even know what to say after reading her words. I don't know how anyone gets through losing their high school sweetheart and child like this, but I just know it's what Kobe would want. One foot in front of the other.

I don't know if Kobe could fathom losing 1 of his little girls, let alone coupled with his wife. I don't know how Kobe would deal with it. He cried when he tore his Achilles and he thought it was the end of his career at that point. He didn't know what to think, I could only imagine what a tragedy like this would do to him, as tough as he is.

Just heart wrenching. I hope she can find solace and peace through family and friends to help her get through this.

Just when I stop crying I read this and the tears once again flow.

Life is not fair. Enjoy the good, push through the bad, don't take any of it for granted.

Just showed my kids the legacy Kobe YouTube vida good stuff. It still hurts. Kobe should’ve been at the dunk contest. Or in the future seeing a grey haired Kobe. That’s how it should have been. Like bill Russell or Dr J!

I can't imagine losing both my wife and my daughter at the same time. I would probably lose my mind.

Hope she keeps staying strong for her 3 daughters.
