The Bernie Sanders supporters are much more tech savvy compared to the supporters of trump. If there is a fake news from a Russian bot, the Bernie supporter spoofs the IP address, changes the source and destination address in the IP address field and sends it back to the Kremlins making sure they deliver it packaged as a DOS attack

Having met millionaire Bernie Sanders supporting podcast host V*rgil Tex*s on several occasions, I can assure you that he and his cohort are tech illiterate outside of using basic Word, Twitter, IG, and TikTok.

Bernie tweet from a couple of hours a ago:

Quote:
Bernie Sanders @BernieSanders

I've got news for the Republican establishment. I've got news for the Democratic establishment. They can't stop us.

Uniting the Democratic party? Or playing to his base with Trump-like tweet?

This is why his followers think he's "the one" and the rest of Democrats are as bad as Republicans. They get it from him.

Stubborn, bad tempered old man, doesn't play with others, thinks he knows it all, rude, egotistical, pretends to be above the fray when he's just another politician who lies and covers up when it suits his political interests, and lot's of borderline misogyny in how he has treated women employees. Encourages his followers to believe his their chosen one and all other Democrats are corporate stooges. He's not a Democrat and attacks the Democratic party every chance he gets. He's a phony who comes across as "authentic" because he's yells his arguments (like Trump). He withheld his endorsement of Hillary just long enough to add his part in hurting her enough to help Trump and Russians send him to the White House. He spouts platitudes without serious detailed plans on how to actually carry out all his great pie in the sky plans. He has taken advantage of young people's lack of knowledge about politics and weaponized it to hurt other candidates who actually do have plans and understand policy. I'll still vote for him over Trump, but I'd vote for a pet goat over Trump at this point.

That pissed me off so much I went and made another contribution to Elizabeth Warren here: https://donate.elizabethwarren.com/page/contribute/seq-def

Or give to Biden, Buttigieg or Klobuchar. Now's the time.

lol ... why alienate his own party? Doesn’t he need the democratic establishment vote if it’s a brokered convention?

Ummmm . . . He's not a Democrat. He's just using the party to facilitate his vanity project.

Not a good look from Bernie. Long elections show each candidate’s true colors.

He's a Democrat. I'm a Democrat and I support him. Others do. He's on the ballot. Thus, Bernie the Democrat. Been one for years now.

To Bernie supporters: Bernie is not my top choice but I would be stoked to vote for him in the general.

Why should I support him?

If you support most or all of his major policies, think he's sincere in his desire to go after those policies, and think he can help implement them moreso than other candidates. Same as for any candidate. That's what I do.

For the other candidates, I supported Warren a lot in the past and am sad about a few things recently with her delegate answer during yesterday's debate and the SuperPac thing, but I really like the way she went after Bloomberg so directly yesterday (reminded my of when she first came to my attention). I still have big question marks about her on foreign policy, as I do with all of them Bernie too, but of the rest, I put her clearly above the remaining group. I guess I'll live in forever confusion about why Harris dropped out when she did exactly compared to Klobuchar for example but I was a little curious what her final presentation as a candidate looked like.

The second part is I think everyone, including Bernie, is likely to get beat by Trump, but I think he has the best chance to beat him vs the rest of the field. I'm pretty close to neverBloomberg, but would be pretty happy voting for Warren, and would grudgingly vote for the BidenAmyPete leftover. And I think Warren has the next best chance to Bernie of possibly getting on a momentum roll with progressive enthusiasm needed to get people out. I think Biden and Pete would get steamrolled though by Trump. I have slight hope that Klobuchar would motivate women of all kinds to come out and vote vs Trump.

I've bowed out of telling people who they should vote for for this election. When Trump is the incumbent my ability to evaluate candidates is done compared to him, so everyone looks pretty great, outside of Bloomberg of course. I'm firmly in the camp of "blue, no matter who." That is down the ballot at this point, seeing as my district brought us the likes of Dana Rohrabacher.

I'm a registered independent, but it seems like the democrats are the only one with accountability these days. I may have to switch parties.

Because you support his core policies. Healthcare is a human right. Free public college for anyone who wants it and the elimination of student loan debt. Moving back to a progressive tax system where the wealthy pay more as a percentage of their income.

But there's no way for the Sanders campaign to stop Russian interference. Trump openly and surreptitiously petitioned Russia for election interference in 2016 (not to mention what he's doing now).

::sigh::

Okay, here's what Bernie could have differently this time:

Made it known to the public when he found out instead of hiding it for a month.
Not blame the press when it comes out.
Have his surrogates admit the truth instead of calling it fake news.

How's that for a start? Don't act like Trump. How hard is that? Is that too much to ask of our candidate?

According to Michael Moore, he didn’t reveal it because it was a classified briefing.

Did Moore explain why the "classified" information became declassified all of a sudden?

Warren would be great too. Personally, I think Bernie has a better chance of beating Trump than any other candidate, and the most recent poll from Emerson actually shows Sanders as the ONLY democratic candidate that beats Trump which is scary frankly(although to be fair to Warren, it appears she was not even included in this poll):
