TurboTax kept forcing a Retirement tax savings.. cool.. fine..
They try to force a $60 upgrade but show they are getting you $99 so it doesn't cost you a dime... lol
OK.. so I give permission to buy the upgrade.. BAM.. The upgrade software now charges $50 to e-File State taxes....lmao
$110
Zipped over to Credit Karma after a Google search showed a redditor suggest it for removing this fee
$0 and no creepy traps to buy upgrades etc... and easier to use even..free audit protection too.. |

Thank you..
Credit Karma's interface was much faster and simpler. And yet it was more thorough. The retirement credit area.. They thoroughly explained the lines required and why while TurdoTax kept causing an error and never explaining clearly how the taxpayer earned this credit.
Intuit is doing like Microsoft.. buy the competition instead of innovate |
