Tucker makes less than $900,000 this season. Next season he will make 1.5m. Then he becomes a RFA. We can extend him, match an offer, let him walk, or he can sign a QO of 1.7m.

Agreed Alex is a great get for a non-drafted guy. THT seems like he may become a rotation player as well, but I will wait until I see him in regular minutes.

We definitely need to keep looking for players like this. Hopefully some wing projects - as we could use a guy that does what Danny Green does, only a little more athletic.

Juan Hernangomez
Dragan Bender
Harry Giles
Josh Jackson
Konchar
Jordan McLauglin

Young guys I would target

If LAL is smart, they'll get Konchar on a longer term contract.

Never seen him but I can go with your assessment.

I like Josh Jackson though. I feel like he’s a good project that will thrive in a better environment especially with veterans around him that he could look up to and listened.

I like Jackson's attitude, but I'm reluctant on a perimeter player that doesn't draw shooting gravity.

Like, for the rest of his career, he'll be treated Rondo-ish behind the arc.

Phil Handy got to be proud. THT gonna surprise a lot of people the next few years, and hopefully more these next two rounds.

You should see how he glides and pivots around guys in the bubble campus cafeteria to get to the head of the smoothie line. Pure poetry. And the smoothies are reportedly good, too

Thought THT could play in these playoffs, but I didn’t think Vogel would actually play him.

Kid must be doing really well in practice.

I'm so thankful that JR and Dion weren't good the previous games. Gave the kid a shot.

Can’t wait until he gets comfortable shooting off the dribble. He could be a significant part next year leading the 2nd unit.

I trust him more in a playoff series than JR Smith at this point.

I assume he's a placeholder for Waiters, but I kind of want to see if he can have an impact against the Clips before Waiters comes back.

No doubt. Love the kid’s skill set and he plays under control.

Impressive stuff - he's aggressive, but not sped up.

The Clippers defense is a whole different beast, though. I don't know how much time they'll spend scouting a teenager who may not get minutes, but THT won't be a total surprise like he was to the Rockets.

THT reminded me a lot of Eric Gordon in his senior year at Simeon HS. Funny to see him have as many points as Gordon tonight. He’s still only 19. I had him as a late first & was surprised to see him drop. Reminded me of Melton’s surprise drop a few years ago. Lakers got a steal.

I watched Iowa St in person 6 times last yr ... THT is in WAY better shape now. 7-0 wingspan at 6-4 and can handle it, and IIRC was among nation's youngest freshmen last yr. Was surprised he didn't go sooner.

Gordon have a pretty nice wingspan too at 6’9. THT reminded me of him although THT looks leaner on this bubble.

Might be playing him self into a rotation role next season.

I believe he can work on his 3 ball. It’s not like he’s reluctant, he’s launching them at least 3 a game this year. I remember how Ariza developed that part of the game in one season. Or he could be the next Corey Brewer, a dependable wing defender at least. We need wing defender as Lebron will be coasting again in regular season.
