Could a reunion be in the cards? I'd be down with that.

Yuck. That boat has sailed. No thanks.
When I see Tatum blossom, I just wanna cry.

He'd have been traded for Davis too. So you'd probably feel the way you do when you see BI win the Most Improved Player award.

None of our draft picks(bar Kuzma) would have survived getting AD, so it's best not to dwell on who we didn't draft, as none of them but Kuzma would still be here currently.

He would have been traded for AD, but were keeping at least a bit more draft wise or probably Josh Hart.

If we had Tatum and Ingram I’m not sure they part with both. Maybe. But I dunno.

Who knows?
Tatum wouldn't have been the same guy here under Luke.
Remember, Tatum got overrated his first year cuz he got on a hot streak in the playoffs. Would the Lakers have even made the playoffs with him?

Either way. It is what is is. F Tatum and the Celtics.

The Clippers have been adding missing pieces for the last decade. Hasn't landed them in a single WCF.

Clips need a point guard that can orchestrate and initiate the offense. Zo is not that.

I disagree there, only because he's bad bball trainers since HS and even went to Duke. A lot more prospects do that now, but he was roughly 15 or so when he got started. Most guys start later.

I think he was already on that track regardless of the team he went to.

Not with Beverley on the team.

Sounds like you are referring to a Chris Paul type but not sure if he would want to go back.

Perhaps. Perhaps he becomes the same player.
But his optics would be different on the Lakers without his playoff run.
He put up 14 year 1 and 16 year 2.
Perhaps he gets more buckets on Luke's team without Lonzo? Who knows.
But I'd lean towards his trade value not being as high without the playoffs.

He is not a guy I would look at hard if I was the Lakers.

He just cannot shoot and I doubt he will be a starter again in the league, certainly not for a contending team.

And that percentage is from this last year--the best of his free throw percentages. A point guard who cannot shoot free throws is a real problem. Salesmen would love it since we would be constantly throwing things at the screens and breaking the televisions.

Lol. I think he's saying FT attempts and % isn't the end all discussion. Especially on this current team.

I have no idea how much someone will offer Zo.

That said, $10 million puts you with Matthew Dellavedova, Dante Exum, and Delon Wright

Right now, Ball is probably a fringe starter. Don't think many people would rank him higher than the 25th best point guard or so. His value is more in what you think he could become than what he is right now.
