Dwight >>> Javale for this series. Dwight's energy and physicality really frustrates Jokic.
Dwight's better than any permutation of Mcgee. Kind of an insult to Dwight tbh to be even compared to that bum.
Nothing against McGee as a person, but on basketball court he is completely useless.
They have to find a way to get rid of him in offseason. I know he has player option but there is always a trade.
Sometimes I have feeling if you give him 30 min in the game he will manage to have 2 boards.

I mean, at the end of the day, Dwight is an eight time All Star and a Hall of Famer, though he’s obviously past his prime. McGee is a guy who we originally signed for the vet min and who is most famous for Shaqtin a Fool. There’s really no comparison when you look at their careers as a whole.
What’s interesting to me is that Dwight is only two years older than McGee. For most of their careers, there was a huge difference, and now they’re being talked about in the same sentence with some actually preferring McGee. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Okay, props for starting Dwight. But shouldn't Dwight be a supposedly defensive minded coach's wet dream? So, why didn't Dwight play the 4th?why was frank still going small ball to finish the game? I'm assuming he wants to space the floor with more of a 3 point threat?
Regardless, D12 should have still gotten some run in the 4th.
I agree.. dwight should have played the 4th and I think you're right that vogel was worried about the 3s
I just see constant bashing of vogel.. and when he does something right.. we at least gotta give him credit for that.

Perusing the Lakers' Reference page the other day and it hit me that if the Lakers win the title, Vogel will be the sixth Lakers coach to win the title in his first season with the team. Absurd.
Kundla, Sharman, Westhead, Riley and Phil already did it.

My take on McGee is he is simply a guy that gets you through a long regular season - like a 5th starter with a 4+ era or a bullpen piece with no stuff. Sometimes you just need someone to eat innings.
His contract is so tiny that’s really all you need from him - the excellent camaraderie and occasional useful shift he has every 10 games is just icing on the cake.
He outcoached Stotts, D'Antoni, and Malone. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
So, we gave a lot of flack to the "Rambii" and the whole shadow GM thing last summer, which really hasn't been talked about again since the season began. Are we finally convinced that Frank was the right hire over Lue, even if the whole hiring process still stank?

I get irrationally angry when I see Mcgee's mug on TV. I don't know what it is...then I watch him play and I get even angrier. _________________ KOBE

It'd be really terrible if Coach sent that photo to Kawhi...
