I dont care if Rondo sucks during the season next year --- keep him around for the potential of him going into Playoff Rondo mode.

I (bleep) love this dude now.

Hes so huge for us in terms of leadership.

I hope he stays in the organization after he retires

Arguably the best playoff player getting payed only 2.5 mill a year I've ever seen.

Most people here does not believed he deserved a roster spot. You can always tell he has another gear like Lebron has another gear defensively .

Rondo has a 5.2 BPM during the playoffs. That's like star level impact for the minimum

Knock on wood, but has his playoff performance pretty much absolved him of all the wrongdoing during the regular season to Laker fans? It's not just one or two games against a weird opponent like Rockets now, he's been fairly consistent since G1 of the last series. The case can honestly be made that we could've gone to G7 with the Rockets (coin toss at that point) and be tied or even down in this series without him. He's been that instrumental to the team's success.

This is a very true statement especially in the playoffs. For he is the only other playmaker besides Lebron. And they are both old.
But their BB IQ and heart make up for it.

It is great that KCP seems to be finding his game when it counts.
And looking for Green to hit some jumpers. Don't have to be 3.

If we win the title you guys think Rondo will tell us that the Lakers championship ring is more special then the Celtics 1?

I'm happy about myself that I've always liked Rage ON. Ever since he popped CP in the pug. That has made me forgive 99% of his mistakes.

Hopefully he's saving the best for last.

If Rondo can hit some shots, what a great weapon he can be in the finals.

Allowing LeBron to rest on court by having Rondo handle, I'm all for it

This. I automatically like someone who has punched CP.

Hell, I think that the bubble has really helped Rondo's shooting. Not shooting with 20K opposing fans screaming against you. Probably views it like shooting around the gym and is more relaxed.

I think he'll pick apart MIA's zone defense as the series progresses. But he'll struggle defensively. I'm calling that now.

Besides AD, Lebron and KCP, I'm probably the most comfortable seeing Rondo attempt a 3. As weird as that still sounds lol

We just need Playoff Rondo for 4 more wins. He can then go into a Robert Horry Hibernation chamber until the next playoffs.
