He is waiting for the lakers to assemble the roaster. He may take a little less, not crazy amount, but they are definitely building the roaster now |

Almost fell to Page 2!
Hope AD signs by Thanksgiving so we can finish the "roaster", as my oven just broke. |

I'm getting the George Foreman grill so I can bake bacon next to my bed. _________________ βProperly read, the bible is the most potent force for atheism ever conceived.β

TBH, never really saw a ton of AD games before last season. He looks like he has only begun to reach his full potential. |

AD Marathon going on NBA TV right now.
Just got done watching AD's 59 points and 20 rebound game against KCP's Pistons in 2016.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVH0AfRKoBo
Now they are showing AD, Rondo in Game 4 sweep against the Blazers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1LEzq2raZI&t=5s
Pretty sure they'll follow these games with his Lakers greatness.
Game Winner in WCF, Finals vs Heat. ππππππ
Got me thinking , Do we have the best version of AD or was his prime days in New Orleans?
Either way GREATNESS being Displayed on NBA TV right now ππππππ |

If that's a serious question I can assure you that neither is true. AD has a much higher level to reach than he's ever had before he arrived, and now that's he's here. The process he's going through will peak in the 28-32 range. Shaq, MJ, LeBron and a few others all won their first championships at 28 years of age.
Davis's will be 28 in March so his career is on that same trajectory as the all time greats. |

All the major pieces on the team is set.
So Davis should be all to come to a decision.
A 2-1 for 3 years would be the best decision to align
himself with Lebron.
They are linked together. |

Lebron has 2 years left so it would be a 1+1 to align with Lebron. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

There's nowhere else he is going, it is a by far conclusion he re-signs in LA. No one even courted him, I believe, not even Chicago, because everyone was so sure he is re-signing.
The only question here is if he's taking a 1+1, or a 5 year deal. |

I know but signing him for 5 years would be the icing on the cake in an already great offseason. |

I'm not fretting over AD's signing. I would be shocked if he doesn't resign. He won a ship and with the FO's new acquisitions a repeat is very doable. He knows he's in line to be the team's leader when Bron hangs up his Nikes.
TBH I don't know if AD has what it takes to be that. He doesn't seem to have the temperament it takes. I hope I'm wrong.
Anyhoo, I'm looking forward to a great season and another Larry O'Brien at staples. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

That's smart but dangerous. Smart, he leaves open a re-do on his contract, he's not locked in. Dangerous, he's fragile. I don't think he's injury prone most of his injuries are freak accidents, getting poked in the eye, jamming his finger, twisted ankles, and like. The possibility of a serious injury still looms. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

AD doesn't have that fire and temperament to be the alpha 1A type of player. this is why i want lakers to get Damian Lillard any way they can for the post LeBron years to pair up with AD. |

The Lakers would have to give up the house and the condo to get Dame D.O.L.L.A. It's be nice but it ain't gonna happen.
