Rondo and Dwight were pivotal on the court and McGee and Duds were pivotal in the locker room. I'll miss those four the most. I'll miss the others a little too because they all contributed to the great chemistry and camaraderie on last year's team. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

None of them, really. It's pretty clear this is a mercenary team. Expect turnover every year. The only home grown talent we have at this point is Kizma, THT, and Caruso, and I wouldn't be shocked if Kuz ended up being moved in a package deal to get an upgrade at wing.
This team is built for short term success. I'd love to see us get the next young talented player that we can pair with AD after LeBron hangs it up or signs with whatever team drafts his son. It could be Kizma, talent wise, but I don't think he'll last that long _________________ "It’s like going to the Getty and standing in front of Van Gogh’s Irises while some schmuck next to you critiques individual brush strokes. I think I'll miss Dwight's energy off the bench the most. You knew he could come in and change the momentum of a game while getting the crowd involved.
All 3 were an integral part of the team chemistry, defensive impact and overall result. All 3 will leave a void, and it remains to be seen if the new guys coming in will be able to keep the same level team chemistry and defensive impact.
I definitely wish we would have kept Rondo and Dwight as backups, but at the same time I am excited about the potential of the new guys and appreciate the efforts of Dwight, Rondo and Green for a long time. Thanks guys.
Is there more to the story of why Dwight is giving up what is essentially a guaranteed ring? I know pride is a big deal but all things relative, it seemed like a small amount of money.
I’ll miss Dwight going hard.
I’ll miss Rondo’s IQ, heart, and taking it to Harden.
I’ll miss Danny’s playfulness and IQ.
I’ll miss Javale’s Vlogs.
I’ll miss Bradley as a Ball Hawk _________________ “You have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.” - Kobe Bryant

Wow! Fortune teller! You predicted Dudley and Cook would be back! _________________

I was probably pretty tired from work and high as a kite when I wrote that. 🤣 _________________ “You have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.” - Kobe Bryant

Dwight and JaVale doing good with their teams!
Danny Green is really struggling though, averaging only 25% from 3s.
Not surprised Danny is struggling. He's close to being washed. Sadly, it looks like Wesley might be close too. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Rondo.
More for his off court stuff with the team. Like telling LeBron not to make faces when teammates are sucking. And getting the team together for dinners, etc.
I'll also miss his alley oops to AD. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!!
James Worthy actually said it after tonight’s loss, Lakers miss the activity of a Dwight or McGee against a team with bigs like Nurkic and Kanter _________________
