Yeah unfortunately for Alex it could be someone he is living with or socializing with that tested positive and he has to quarantine. Apparently no one has tested positive in the NBA for that week so it may not be that.

I think whoever he was around must have tested positive, though he did not. At least I hope that’s what it is. If the person tested positive then he’ll have to miss a week or more likely.

Yeah that seems to be the case, that he came in contact with someone not that he actually has the virus. Le serious bummer.

Durant is on the same thing that Caruso is and has to quarantine for 7 days. I thinks it’s been 7 days for Caruso so maybe he plays tomorrow?

It was nice to have him back especially with his shot falling. That's been his biggest question mark and so far he's been really good

His three point shot has been on point this season. 9/16 on the year (56.3%) from deep. He's obviously not going to shoot 56% on the season but if he can stay above 40% then his value goes way up when you add that to his defensive prowess.

His defense has slipped though. Could be him getting his rhythm back, his fitness. Layoff, and turnaround. He was getting scorched tonight. But hell of a game on offense, he pretty much was the floor general I was hoping for with that 2nd unit. THT and Alex have a backcourt chemistry that is evolving.

I don't remember Caruso getting torched, except for that one blow-by by Lavine. He played his usual solid defense, from what I saw. Caruso's shot has looked real clean, though. He definitely worked on it, in the short off season. If he can add a solid mid range game....oof.

He was getting torched some in the first half, especially by White. He played much better defense in the second half.

People are worried that THT will steal Caruso's minutes, but so far it's looking like THT playing with Caruso is amazing!

THT and Caruso combining on that steal to fast break dunk was dynamite

On offense: THT is a natural PG, and Caruso is a natural SG that can also bring it up.

On defense they can both guard 1's and 2's.

They are complimentary.

Yeah! They look good playing together. They actually are complementary players.

Neither of them need the ball to make an imprint on the game. Really great seeing them tearing it up together.

Great to see Caruso playing.

Even better watching he and THT working well together like I'd hoped.

The predicted bench lineup is getting closer to happening!!

Alex Caruso
Talen Horton-Tucker
KCP or Wes Matthews
Kyle Kuzma /Markieff Morris
Montrezl Harrell

We said he just needed a jump shot. Looks like he got one. Still solid as a rock on defense

This version of Caruso is nearing superstar role player grounds. Can't ask much more from a non star. The shooting is far and away what i'm most excited about and hopefully he can at least keep it a respectable level all season but his passing has also looked much better this season. The rest of his game is all still there as well.

Lots of folks didn't think he could do it, either. Impressive growth.
