Glad he's gonna be okay. Start Wesside Mathews in the meantime?

Can't remember the last time I posted.. just wanted to join the KCP love-fest.
It's beautiful to see a player fully occupy their role. He plays within himself and the team.. and kicks ass.

People were asking why we were playing so slow.

KCP came back in and showed where it went. Great game by Kentavious "Tan" Pope, igniter of our fast break

Might have to do with finally having a contract longer than a year.

One other positive aspect of the front office moves is having players locked up entering their prime years. Anywhere from 28-31 is a players optimum years.
KCP, Schroder, AC, Trez, Kuz, AD & yes, even Quinn Cook, are all entering that phase of their careers.

Barring injury & having that kind of quality, youthful depth positions us real nicely. Couple that with our studs leading the way, and I ain't scared of the newest version of Brooklyn, or anyone else.

Shooting 53% from 3. 4th in the NBA.

Do we owe Lethal Shooter an apology?

LG fans have also bashed and trashed half the players on the squad. I’m sure several apologies would be appropriate .

AC and KCP are #2 and #4 in 3PT% respectively right now. Crazy.

Crazy how deep this team is right now. It is easy to focus only on the contributions of James and Davis, but the role players are starting to excel at levels not expected.

Thrilled to see the “team” playing so well together. It will serve them well as the season progresses and they face adversity. The options they have to utilize when they do will carry them.

This team when they turn it on, on both sides is to much for others to handle. Right now we got 6 guys averaging double figures in points. When’s the last time we’ve had that?

Truly Mana from Heaven. Talk about being a star in your role.

From rich person prison time, to missing game winners under Luke (Making Kobe leave on one of them), to getting booed last season, to becoming the most realizable Laker, hitting a ridiculous corner 3 against Denver (setting up the AD shot), and winning us a game in the Finals. He’s an iron man, by far the fastest Laker since arriving here, always running the break, and always moving on offense. KCP has been such a great player for us.

Yep that about sums it up. One of the most remarkable changes I've seen in a bb player.

It feels like the old KCP demon has been exorcised and took Kuz's body. Kidding aside I am sure he's more relaxed now that the spot light is on someone else.

Don’t forget airballing layups in the opener last year. That was the nadir for me after two straight seasons of erratic shooting, timid driving and inconsistent D while being the second highest paid guy on the team. I can’t think of a guy who remade himself like he did. Kudos to him man.

That bubble playoff run was so great for him. He's playing with a ton of confidence these days.

I don’t know what KCP’s previous off seasons were like and how he prepared, but he certainly picked up where he left off in this one. I think it helps that he’s also in the same system/coach so he knows what he’s supposed to be doing on both ends be thinking about it.

The type of shots these guys get around AD-Bron, and knowing where they have to be to get those looks, makes a huge difference.

KCP having been through the playoffs, knows exactly where those good looks are coming, and Lebron-AD trust him big time. Everytime he is open, Lebron tends to find him.

One of the most incredible turnarounds in recent memory.

Before last season, for the first two years here, he was the most frustrating guard we had. He would take the most shots, would brick the ever living crap out of most of them, and for some reason he was looked upon to shoot in clutch moments...then failed.

At the start of last season, the first few games when it looked like he was continuing that same trend, I was FUMING and wanted him just cut off the team. Then, almost as if he had found Jesus, he becomes our most reliable 3rd option almost overnight.

And now? He’s our most reliable shooter we have had in a LONG TIME, and a big part of why we are 4th in the league in 3PT shooting now. I haven’t even seen that happen in the Kobe-Gasol era. That’s ridiculous.

I’m in awe of how incredible KCP has been. I doubt he sustains his ridiculous 55% 3PT, but even if it went down to 40%, that’s a big win. Now every-time he shoots an open 3, I’m shocked if he ever misses. He’s been knocking down contested 3s too. It’s mind-boggling!
