Like the rebounding and the effort, but 5/16 for a spot up guy is just unacceptable, he doesn’t even look to take Lopez off the dribble. |

Bad game for Kuzma lose the ability to put the ball into the basket. His lack of ability to consistently create for himself without getting spoon fed can be an issue. Still really like the effort. |

Only Kuz would be dumb enough to call the Wizards a sub .500 team while playing like trash and ignoring the fact that the Lakers are also looking like a sub .500 team without AD. |

At best he’s a decent player off the bench on a contending team. That’s all he’ll ever be IMO |

He’s still only 25. Ppl used to say he was 6 10 Clarkson like it was a bad thing back when clarkson was 25 or so and look at clarkson now. Clarkson is balling a 6 10 clarkson now sounds really good haha
At kuzmas absolute ceiling if he continued to improve on his game over the next two to three years he could be really good. He’s not gonna be James worthy third option (I don’t think 🤔 haha) out there at that level, after all he wasn’t some number one pick type of player (he’s also not as good as Wiggins rn clearly but what could kuzma look like in a role like Andrew Wiggins though/as a second/third option on a team in the playoff mix?) but he’s good and has improved in different ways but not quite put it all together completely but still feasibly could. I would say his ceiling on a championship level team would be a detlef shrempf level type of player but would have to continue playing defense and rebounding like he is while also start putting it together/improving offensively, upping his scoring levels a lot and becoming a better passer and consistently at a high level probably within the next two years maaayyybbbeee three years. Shrempf was awesome could kinda do it all so that’s like absolute ceiling for me. So I think rather than at best I think at worst he’s a decent bench player on a contending team he’s already proved that much last year. Maybe your right and he’s done improving and will stagnate at 25 but who knows it’s at least possible that he will continue to improve some players improve even after 30 it’s not like it’s unheard of |

Clarkson flashes with us>>>>kuz. He was scoring and creating showing off the whole package. Kuz has shown that he can get hot here and there but imo clarkson was a better player when he was wi tj us |

Clarkson is also given the green light to shoot as he pleases.
Since AD's arrival, Kuz has never consistently be given the touches or the green light to chuck the way Clarkson does.
Fans continue to judge him against players who are in completely different circumstances and roles.
Give Kuz the consistent touches and the green light that these other players he's consistently compared to and the results will be different.
How many times do you see the Lakers actually run plays for Kuz?
Not many if any at all.
You have Morris, AC and THT taking more shots than Kuz.
He plays the role that Vogel wants him to play and that role is obviously not to be a scorer.
If it was, he would get far more touches and plays actually called for him to get him into an offensive flow. _________________ Everyting negative - pressure, challenges - is all an opportunity for me to rise.

There is a reason Kuz receives the minutes and touches that he gets at this point. That number will go even lower when AD returns, and the team will be better for it. |

When all Kuz did was score people complained that he didnt do the other things like defend, rebound or make plays for teammates.
Now that his scoring is down (due to no fault of his own) and he's doing all the other things at an extremely high level, people are complaining he doesnt score enough.
Its laughable at this point.
No matter what he does it will never be good enough for some people.
So just say you dont like Kuz and go
Once he's treated like a REAL offensive option CONSISTENTLY and he doesnt produce, then complain.
Until then its a laughable complaint.
Kuz has been ballin this season and outplaying ALOT of his fellow role players. _________________ Everyting negative - pressure, challenges - is all an opportunity for me to rise.

One thing we have learned is that a lot of people DON'T change their minds when confronted with new evidence. They are set in their original opinions, and will look for any ways for those to be true. That is why they appear to be inconsistent logically, when its just they're trying to hold onto their opinion until its true.
Kuzma's game has evolved. Its a shame that opinions on him can't all evolve, but that is just the nature of things. |

Truth. I used to dislike Kuz probably the most out of our young guys but since the bubble especially last season he has completely changed my opinion of him and there is no more "wait and see" needed.
He's outplaying Caruso most of this season as the guy that just does everything well while being a reliable high iq defender. Who expected that before the start of last season especially?
He's def. one of the last guys that should be getting criticized this season. He turned himself into a legitimate really good Championship level role player. His nose for the ball on rebounds has looked near elite level this season, that's insane for a guy that was not remotely known as a rebounder before this year. That deserves props and I sure as hell wont be going after him anymore even though it's been since before the bubble he's deserved it anyways imo. |

If it caused Dudley to not play there is a much better chance for sure. Weird and ugly game all around though so who knows. |

Desperately missed tonight. We needed another scoring option with KCP still MIA and Wes still completely, totally, epically done. Kuz’s quick feet could have maybe bothered some of those Saric threes and inside scores too. Come back healthy Kuz. |

LOL - agreed. Kuz has improved a lot and we missed him last night. Wes is a puzzle - looked so good last year, now falling off a cliff.
Wes at least signed for peanuts (relatively), KCP otoh. Flash of brilliance followed by PROLONGED slumps where he is nearly as completely, totally, epically useless. _________________ Lakers fan since that Magical day June 25, 1979. |

We need to trade him and get value from him when we can. We need to move on from him. I appreciate all he has done for us, but it's time to check his worth and get what we can for him that'll benefit our team. |
