Hey All,

Latest @BleacherReport Winners and Losers from the 2021 NBA Trade Deadline: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2938276-winners-and-losers-from-2021-nba-trade-deadline - some trades take some time, even years to prove their value, but here are my initial thoughts on a VERY busy day!

Cheers,

EP

Thanks Eric.

Curious...with Schroder not making the All-Star team and losing out on a $1 million dollar bonus, does that increase our hard cap cushion and open the door for the team to waive McKinnie to potentially sign a 3rd buyout FA?

Doesn't help the cushion - it "should" in theory if you make one argument (hard cap is based on all possible money out - and so incentives being impossible is not possible money out) but the argument you shouldn't exists too (teams might manipulate playing time/opportunity to reduce a players' incentives to gain more flexibility under the hard cap)

I can see it both ways and since the latter exists - I get why the rule is how it is
