Is it possible to ever catch Durant on a 8-25 night or something? That's how we can beat them. LOL!

Just a silly offense. Aldridge and Griffin look really effective as well

Historically in the playoffs these all O no D systems crash and burn when the defense tightens up. Dantoni and Steve Nash have never shown an ability to make adjustments when this scenario plays out so the jury is definitely still out.

There is one area that I can honestly see a massive problem for us vs. Brooklyn: turnovers.

We turn the ball over at an incredibly high rate. They're close to halfway through the 3rd with only 6 turnovers. As a comparison, we had 22 last night.

lol KD comes in off the bench and puts up 15/4/4 on 4-4 shooting in 13 minutes.

I just hate this team with a passion

Historically KD does pretty well in the Finals. Kyrie as well.

So...I don't know whether LMA and Drummond were both interested, and if we just wanted to focus on defense and rebounding (Drummond)...But both Griffin and LMA are looking great with Brooklyn. LMA has 22 pts through 3 quarters, and both are making their 3's. Dre has a lot to live up to.

Defense is the only blueprint to beat the Nets. Ironically the Lakers will have to go “2008 Celtics” and make the game a street war. If you let them get comfortable no team can score enough to keep up with their offense. Best case is to junk the game up and keep the score and pace very slow.

We are gonna have to hope AD and LeBron are 100% healthy or it’s a wrap and we will have a new champion this year

We would also have to have gasol/Drummond/trezz destroy them on the glass and boards forcing them to play lesser offensive players like deandre Jordan more minutes.

They have a big 3. We only have 2. Simple math.
Caruso, Schro, THT, and Matthews have to defend Kyrie in isolation well. While LBJ and AD are focusing on Harden and AD.

Poor Zion was one game shy of breaking Shaq's record for most consecutive games scoring 20 or more on 50% shooting.

He needed Ingram to play make and space the floor.

Of course we'll need all hands. More importantly we'll need to hit our shots ala playoff Rondo improvement. That's everything beyond 5.

Shoot like we do most nights, and that includes so many wide opens, and the Nets will beat us like a drum. Not as easy as the Pelicans aka Buzzards. They just wiped the floor with them easier then a mop.

If we run into them in the finals. I expect vogel will run a 9 man rotation. KCP and Morris will probably be in it, since they have a history here of shooting well in the playoffs and being able to guard multiple positions.
Schro, Caruso, Kuzma, They're question marks. But hopefully at least 1 of them overachieves. Wes Matthews shot well for MIL last playoffs too.

Historically you never had 3 Elite offensive weapons who can create shots for themselves and for others. You can't leave any of the three open and the you cant leave Joe harris open aswell.

Dantoni teams fail because opponents have the option to double the superstar. Incase of NETS, Good luck

Good thing the Lakers has the capacity not to double, they just need to switch. Bench those guys who are liability in switches.

These guys are thise who are not mismatched in switches:

Bron, AD, Dre, AC, KCP and Wes

That's the luxury of a guy who spent two months taking a million jumpers while his 2nd stacked team went 15-2 with just him out of the lineup.

aren't you suppose to have some Rust when you don't play for a month and coming back from injury?
