And no don’t trade him for Ben Simmons.

Just trade him for some small pieces and maybe expired contract or picks.

We don’t really need to get much in return.

Getting rid of Westbrick is addition by subtraction.

Unless Westbrick can come off the bench and play a much smaller role (but I don’t see that happening) he is doing more harm than good for the team.

We actually have a good enough team.

With Nun and Ariza coming back.

And Carmelo shooting lights out when left open.

And THT developing into a solid option.

We can win the whole thing minus Westbrick.

But the chance of that happening is not high.

We have 2 ball-less decision makers

Pelinka have to listen to Lebron 100% before making any trade.
Vogel doesn’t have the balls to bench Westbrick either.

I guess have to pray for miracle right now

We should get some solid 3-and-D guards to replace him. Maybe some players like Caruso and KCP.

And nice wingman who can defend and occasionally go off on offense like a Kyle Kuzma would be good.

I don’t think anyone would deal for him. Ego of a superstar without the production. That’s a hard package to trade for. That and his option next year.

We are stuck with this experiment fellas.

Exactly !! No team is going to trade for RW; they’re
watching the games too.

People keep suggesting trade Westbrook. Who tf is going to give uo anything of even remote value?

Name the team who can use a ball dominant, awful shooting, turnover prone point guard who is clearly nowhere near the athlete he was a few years ago and that's completely limited his ability to be effective and get to the spots he wants to create and/or score?

We're stuck with him. Just move his ass to 6th man and let him go wild running the second unit.

The market for Westbrook is only 1 team & player...i.e. Houston Rockets & John Wall. Last time John Wall was coming from an Achilles injury that cost him nearly 2 seasons.

Toronto Raptors for VanVleet and Dragic.

Westbrook would mesh well with Siakam and Trent. No big egos.

I can't see Toronto being interested in that deal myself.

I think we won’t get much. Definitely not as much as we give up.

But some crappy team might still need him.

It is so sad, but it has already happened.

If we can get some expired contract for Westbrick, I would be happy.

Westbrook attracts more fans than VanVleet and Dragic is practically not on the team.

I can’t see lakers trading westbrook no matter how many LG threads are made about it.
1. He is close to untradeable
2. He has played fairly ok recently.

I am not sure I want to trade him at this stage.

Benching him is the only sane thing you can do
at this point.

Lots at LG said this was a disaster trade before it happened!

Now I see what they meant. Smarter than Rob or Lebron they are!

Its about sanity and doing the best for the team at this point.

do something different.

Reaves when he comes back would be a nice added defender, which we desperately need.
