This will only work until Monk gets exposed on defense then its off to the next trendy easy fix. As though this lakers lineup is one small tweak away from the promised land.

Fact is every single of them has major flaws, and that's why they were vet-mins/cast-offs.
The opposing coach simply plays to exploit their flaws to the max. If Monk, switch onto him. If Bradley shoot over him and let him take 3's. If THT let him shoot and just go at him on defense. Then let that advantage ride through the game and reap the rewards.

or just use some common sense and instead of having 3 ball handlers in a starting lineup, add a guy that can spread the floor and bring the other young guy from bench and give him the ball
specially when ur soft Big is averse to playing the 5 position and demands a traditional center to start next to him
