What next?
Will New Jersey show a video of Bon Jovi with with Lebron playing cowbell?
Will Miami show a video of Lebron on a fishing boat with Elian Gonzales? |

Doesn't sound good fr the Cavs that he's waiting until after his Ohio-based camp to announce it. There's no way he could announce he's laving in the middle of a camp _________________ Double rings > Double rainbow |

To my eye, LeBron is in a quandary.
He's a tough player to match complementary talent with, and the only franchises with the dough to land him have almost no one on roster. Implies that near term success (title) seems an impossible outcome for the club with takes him.
Ironically, I see Amare Stoudemire being his best possible complementary player who's also a top FA; that combo seems unlikely to happen. _________________ “These GOAT discussions are fun distractions while sitting around waiting for the pizza to be served.”

If Lebron went to the Clippers, how many games would it take before he is injured and has to miss some time? (The Clips seem to be cursed with losing star players). _________________ “Love is the force that ignites the spirit and binds teams together.” - Phil Jackson |

Of course Lebron won't come to a decision. He's going to milk his free agency for all the free publicity possible. He's not going to make a decision until August.
He's a douche... this charade will backfire. _________________ We are stardust

In other words, he isn't going to sign somewhere else before he has to see the fans that adore him most in this world.
What a role model. |

Knicks will be out of the Lebron contention with Amare signing.
Looks like Bulls are a strong contender. Have some talent to build around. Miami. _________________ The journey to 17 begins... |

Some scoop running around that Derrek Rose isn't exactly thrilled with Lebron coming to Chicago and would have rather had Joe Johnson. |

Doesn't surprise me. A young guy who is already one of the most talented players in the league but needs the ball to be in his hands on nearly every possession to be effective not happy to be paired with a guy who has required that the ball be in his hands for almost every single play of his career? |

I think Bosh is the key player in all of this, I'd think Lebron + Bosh or Wade + Bosh will be better then Wade + Lebron and whoever gets Bosh will most likely get Wade or Lebron if either are serious about winning.
If it's Lebron + Bosh, they should goto the Nets because their setup to have those two on the team, they have a starting lineup and a 6th man in Favors and they will spend to be contenders.
If it's Wade + Bosh, they would be much better suited to Chicago then anyone else. Deng can fill the small forward role and they already have Rose and Noah to fill the point guard and center positions.
I just hope after all the entertainment we're getting, atleast two of the three end up on the sameteam or it will be disappointing. _________________ "This is a comptitive city. Quote: | Report: LeBron To Pick Miami Heat
LeBron James has decided to join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami, according to multiple sources that spoke with Newsday.
RealGM Note: The news of the 10-11 NBA salary cap being at $58.044M creates additional cap room for James, Wade and Bosh to get closer to a maximum contract.
James is scheduled to announce his final decision live on ESPN at 9:00 PM EST on Thursday.
James met with the Knicks, Nets, Heat, Clippers, Cavaliers and Bulls in that order last week.
The Heat only have Michael Beasley ($4.962M) and Mario Chalmers ($854k) under contract for the 10-11 season.
Wade and Bosh stated their intention to sign with the Heat on Wednesday morning. |

If indeed the decision has already been made to go to Miami, it would make sense from his egotistical mind to have his own day after Bosh and Wade commit. You have to believe its pretty concrete behind the scenes or he wouldn't have stuck to a 9PM announcement. If there is even the slightest hope for Cleveland, they've waited too long but they needed a major move and it didn't happen. When they couldn't get Bosh it was a huge blow. I wonder if a Chris Paul and Okafor deal would have been enough. |

If true - I actually would give him props.
Dude checked his ego at the door, may have to take a backseat and went to join Wade's team to win ring (s).
Lebron would deserve props.
So I'll believe when it becomes official - not a moment sooner. I don't think a guy who does all the other things James has all of a sudden realizes hey winning matters - lets put the ego aside. |
