i really dont know. The staff has a tough deicsion. They mines well get rid of Blount. Our front court dont look bad, we didnt even have to use Mihm most of the game or Slava at all.

I wish they would have kept them both and cut Blount.

I watched tonight's game (well most of it). Both played well. Profit should make the squad in my opinion. Has more NBA experience, better defender, better shooter. Green does look more athletic though. I think Profit gives us the best chance to be competitive now. Profit should get the roster spot.

Both players are talented, such a hard decision.
But I don't know why.. whenever Profit is on the floor I feel much more at ease than when Green is on the floor. I'm leaning towards Profit right now, but reiterating what seems to be the common sentiment on this board: I wish we could keep both and cut Blount

I think Blount will get cut when he's healthy - I guess rules stipulate that you can't cut an injured player. Profit just brings more defense and better offensive game...

I prefer green because of his ball handling/passing skills something I dont see in profit. Green does alot of the intagible things that help win games. I think he can develop into a fine combo guard.

Both had good camps, but I think Profit can bring more to the table.

I actually thought Green looked kinda lost tonight. It was in my opinion his worst game of the pre-season games I have watched. Profit seems much more consistent to me. Although I'm all for cutting Blount and keeping Green too.

I would rather have Profit, but he'll be the one cut because of his buyout incentive. He'll cost the Lakers no money because the Wizards are paying the compensation.

I like Green better, so that means they'll probably keep Profit. But it's unlikely that whoever they keep will see any minutes outside of garbage time.

lets all remember last season, when we traded rush then signed bobbit. even if we choose one, its highly likely that we will clear roster space in a month or so whether in a trade or cut (blount) and then resign one of them.

-about this, doesnt the new cba have something against this, like a time period where we have to wait to resign them?

Profit is the keeper, Devin Green is not as polished and Profit could help us now, Green sometimes looks like a deer in headlights like last night when he blew a couple of layups.

agreed. when it mattered most for green, he ended up making bone-headed plays. dump green and move on

I wish we could keep both and cut Blount instead. If the choice is between the two -- I would go with Profit.

I really like both. I choose Profit over Green...but I'd choose those 2 over Blount & Sasha any day!
