Luke is #4 but there is a pic of Caracter in a #4 Lakers jersey in the press release....

Hmmmm.....wonder if this means Luke is retiring?? They can't both be #4 and Luke wouldn't give a rookie his #4 if he was going to still play.
Thoughts?? |

When you wear your Kobe #24 jersey, do you tell people you can wear it because Kobe is retiring? |

Summer league jersey, got it.. .at this point i wouldn't mind luke playing some mins to be honest, with his ability to make some decent passes he may be able to contribute with small mins in certain situations. |

Did any other player for the Lakers in Summer League wear a current Laker player's #? |

If so, are they retiring as well? <he asks while hoping that someone wore a jersey bearing the number 18> |

Summer league pic. There was a player who wore #32 in summer league as well. No that does not mean they are un-retiring Magic's number. |

I checked and #2, 4 and 7 of our current players were used by Summer League players.
I guess we were planning to possibly replace Fisher, Odom and Walton with Jaaber, D J Strawberry, and Caracter then. |

If you look up Bill's records you will see him and Luke have a lot in common. Both have a lot of games sitting on the bench unable to play. |
