| So, will the Spurs rest players/tank tomorrow to avoid the improbable, but possible scenario that the Lakers drop to the 4th seed to keep the Lakers out of the Spurs' bracket? Thoughts? |

But they are also fighting for HCA through out the playoffs with Bulls. |

It comes down to the 3rd tiebreaker which is a random drawing before the playoffs start.

NY is now locked into the 6th spot and will play Boston in the first round. They will probably rest and reduce minutes for there starters for the next 2 games.
