Amazing first episode and definitely looking forward for more.

Also, loved that they didn't hold back on the violence.

Wow. I'm amazed. The best offering in the genre to date?

Quite possibly...

and it's only the first episode.

I think this will be a tough series to keep interesting but no question that was an outstanding premiere.

I'm all over this like Jersey Shore. I'm surprised they can show as much as they did.

Just watched the trailer. Looks awesome! Going to have to catch the premiere online or wait for a re-air.

If they're going to base most of it on the comic book, it will be a tough series NOT to watch.

There will be many aspects of the comic book that will not cross-over into the show (and for good reason too)

Wasn't anything groundbreaking or spectacular, but it was pretty good. Keep it going AMC.

After months of waiting for this show it finally premiered and it was (bleep) great. One of the best premieres in recent memory.

I'm not revealing ANYTHING from the graphic novel..........But wait until you guys meet Michonne.

Robert Kirkman (series creator) stated that a lot of aspects are doable but doesn't transition well to movies or T.V. Many might end up on the cutting room floor but I really enjoyed the comic book when I didn't know what the HELL was going to happen.

I would suggest that you guys not read the graphic novel and just enjoy the show but if you're really curious, PM me.

Wow. Walking Dead's ratings were enormous.

3.3 in 18-49 demo. To compare it to other cable shows, Breaking Bad, Mad Men and Dexter all peaked at 0.9. It nearly beat Desperate Housewives, the top rated hourlong show last night and that's a network show.

When they were taking a shower in the police station the dad said something like "gas lines have been down for maybe a month". So probably a month since the outbreak. He was probably receiving care at the hospital for a few weeks after the outbreak if it was a safe haven.

Great show.
