WHy do I still watch this show? The last ten minutes of the episode should have been there in the first 15, then my attention would have been had. Show drags on soooo much now. |

I want hem to eventually pick up some guy that uses escrima sticks. That would make for some great head bashing.
As for this episode... it was just a long way of saying, "Wait until next episode". |

Z Nation on SyFy. I was expecting a Sharknado version of the zombie apocalypse but it's surprisingly enjoyable to watch.
and one episode did have a Zombienado.
It looks like they're going to drag out this Beth/Hospital story until the mid-season break. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

I have a bad feeling that this next episode is gonna be all build up and planning. Then at the end of the episode, they get to the hospital and when they're about to make a move they end the episode.
The only thing that could make it worse is if they leave us with the cliffhanger and then the following week they cut back to the DC group when we know all they're gonna be doing is walking back to the church. So then we have to wait 3 weeks to see them finally attack the hospital.
SMH, I bet that's exactly what will happen too. The season started off too good, now the writers will get lazy. |

We might have to wait until February. Only two episodes left until the midseason break. |

i cannot stand how they break up the groups and then focus a whole episode to one group. it makes the season drag and it feels like a cheap way to fill out the season. assuming we'll see the church group next episode, that will be three weeks without seeing what is going on there. |

So far, TWD has been good at completing an arc before making us wait. Sure, they normally leave a lot of questions that won't be answered until the next episode comes a few months later, but they still normally wrap up the main story arc.
I hope that Rick, Daryl, and crew end up seeing Glenn and his crew on the way. |

The more I think about it, the more it feels like the hospital is Woodbury part two.
Evil leader with too much power- check.
Having members of Rick's group captured- check.
Not expecting anyone to come and threaten them only to be surprised by the group- check.
Ending part one of the season by the group rescuing people the captured but other's lives will be question marks until part two of the season- remains to be seen but probable. |

Painfully predictable. I was hoping he wouldve at least knocked Sasha out the window to get Tyrese to hulk out. |

Yup. She's such a dumbass. The cast has gotten too big and, as far as I'm concerned, they can kill them both off. Sasha doesn't really add anything to the cast other than someone else wielding a knife during these repetitive zombie mayhem scenes which are becoming something of a joke. Meanwhile, characters like Michonne are becoming trivialized.
Before they joined the group, others commented in this thread that Tyrese was like Rick's right-hand man in the comics but the TV series has Darryl and now Carol. All Tyrese amounts to in the TV show is a big moralizing wuss-bag whose better off left guarding the baby. Seth Gilliam priest character could become the moral compass for the group and, hopefully, Morgan will become a permanent member as well. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Sasha turning her back on the cop was just as infuriating as the multiple times Lori lost track of Carl on the farm _________________ "Rome wasn't built in a day" |

That seems more like it.

It's come to a point where you can almost predict the words Rick will utter next. Everything about this was full of cliches, particularly the tired hostage establishing an emotional connection with the hostage taker nonsense. She even sat next to him, to listen to him. I wasn't even following what he was saying (something about a guy), as I was waiting for him to take her out.
The writers are incapable of writing any nuance into the script.
The show hasn't moved an inch, literally. After all this time, they go back to Atlanta! And as soon as they introduced the Dawn character and her hospital, every idiot knew it'd end up with a confrontation with Rick. Now I know they're trying to say that humans are more dangerous than zombies, but it's not really getting us any closer to the cure and to finding out whether or not there's a world out there. These laughable zombies couldn't have overwhelmed billions of people.
So does Michonne produce breast milk? How does that baby survive without ever eating? _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |

But...ummm... Sasha is... well... beautiful. So I don't mind her staying around. But yeah, they sure made her stupid in this episode. But maybe it's because she's still going through the pain of the loss of Bob, and the cop's name was Bob. |

Since they made Sasha so dumb, they should have just had the cop smash her skull in. That would have made up for her being a dumbass. |

That hospital is a pretty nice looking and secure location. Maybe the group ends up taking it over by the end of the season and it will be the setting for season 6. |
