Predictions for what happens with Jaime/Bronn and the whole Dorne situation? I know some predicted that Bronn was sliced with a poisoned blade. Other than that, how do you think it plays out? Dorne wont just kill them and start a war will they? Are they powerful enough to be a threat? And I dont see them just letting Jaime and Bronn leave - with or without the girl.

I think Jaime is again gonna just be a prisoner which I hope isn't true.

the current prince seems to have a head on his shoulders when it comes to diplomacy. I don't think he will torture them or anything, but I can see some pressure on him to do something given that oberyn died at "their" city (he has already told oberyn's female that it was his own choice to engage in the trial by combat so his death was essentially his own fault).. who knows, im sure the story line wont go deep enough this season.

I think he was supposed to say that. Ramsey didn't even flinch when he did it.

I thought I was never going to hate anyone as much as King Joffrey.

Boy was I wrong.

Is it? As far as I've heard this season is drastically different from the books because Sansa and others no longer have any source material remaining. Basically, barring a few more scenes, everything moving forward is from the show runners, not GRRM.

Was there even a reason for last night's episode to be rated MA? The girl who plays Sansa was the only actor in that last scene who hasn't had the balls to actually try and stay true to the source material

I think he's right. AFAIK there's no more source material content for Tyrion either (still haven't caught up to the show's events so I don't know for sure). 'Tis what happens when people fall in love with the characters/actors as much as the overarching story.

I think some are taking the liberty of stating what supposedly happened in the books and what didn't because of this fact... but we actually have no idea how things end up or which storylines eventually converge in the end. I think I might just skipped this thread in the next few months.

Sorry. I'm only like 20 pages into the books, I keep getting sidetracked by Sci Fi novels. I guess the "spoiler" line is drawn at different places for different people, so this thread will never be perfect. For what it's worth everything I say can be thrown out because I have no clue myself...

Yeah, isn't that the point? You can't spoil what you don't know, and nobody knows what happens next because the show runners are making it up as they go. They know the ending, but that's it. From now till the end, GoT and The books will tell two different stories to get to the same conclusion. I kind of like that.

TV exclusive thread.

I don't think there have been any spoilers. The thing about Bronn is something someone asked a page or two ago which no one is sure about(at least not me since I haven't read the books).

Anyways, I forgot to mention how impressive the aerial shot of Kings Landing was when Margaery's grandma was entering the town.

Everyone dies when the white walkers take over because of all the political carousel and inability to lead a united defense. There you go.

Confession time, I just cried after that ending. Look, I know there's been worse (bleep) that's happened in this story, people have been killed, tortured, and mutilated, and I'm not saying this is worse, but I guess I've really come around on Sansa and started to really care. The thought of it was just so ugly, I guess I naively thought she was going to escape it. Her having to submit to that disgusting piece of (bleep) stranger after all she's survived felt like such a defeat.

I guess it depends on your emotional connection to the character. If Arya was sexually assaulted I'd probably go ape-(bleep).

You mean wanted her naked and copulating with a dog? Actually I'm shocked every ep isn't rated MA.

Only because it would stay true to GRRM's style. But actors technically are people so you have to work around their hangups. And when their egos grow they don't like taking risks anymore, i.e. girl who plays Dany.

The sound effects alone just didn't have enough of an impact on me.
