Someone's mad that they didn't get to play in game 7 . Either way let's see if he can back up his words in the playoffs. Let's see how soft and arrogant he is.

I agree. No reason to get upset, he didn't really disrespect the Lakers as a team as much as he's just saying he doesn't like them.

Has Perkins actually played for OKC yet? Watching last night's game, we are fortunate that the trade of Chandler to the Thunder was turned down last season. A healthy Chandler would have made that team so much better.

Perkins should worry about his weight before the Lakers.

Perkins suffers from amnesia. He forgot hes in 2011 with the thunder and thinks he's still a part of the 2008 Celtics. Someone should hit him in the head and wake him up to his new reality.

It's funny how often commentators talk about how nice of a guy, and polite perkins is and classy. He's nothing of the sort.

Screw that!

He and his boys had their chance to take it from the Lakers in game 6.

Did they? No.

Game over.

Bye.

I've always liked Kendra Perkins, especially at the free throw line.

I have a hard time believing he said that. And if he did, he's gonna get an ass-kicking from Durant. Don't talk smack about the Lakers. Jason Terry did and look what happened. Better to keep your mouth shut.

Anything from BSPN is suspect. If it were back in the day of Laimbeer, I would even give HIM the benefit of the doubt.

As far as Durant being pissed, I don't even know about that. Players today just yap w/o little to no accountability. A lot of the stuff just falls under the radar because "beef" is so prevalent, perhaps an extension of what many of them have witnessed in the world of rap. And when a fool like Terry is proven wrong, he won't cop to it and it's not too often that the other party calls the talker out afterward. Lakers aren't gonna acknowledge his existence in the papers -- they barely do in the games themselves (we've been defending him weakly for years...I'm not surprised that he feels uppity towards us).

If Perkins did say that then I'm willing to give him some credit. Talk from a little guy like Terry is meaningless. Perkins would actually have to back his mouth up against Big Boi Drew.

I really wish we had won in '08... Then this douchebag would have nothing to talk about.

Enjoy your second round exit to the Spurs, Perkins. You'll never see another championship.

That's not only arrogant, it's downright stupid. To be honest, I doubt if even the current Celtics would be that disrespectful to the Lakers. Maybe that's why they traded him. He's too self-centered, stupid, and arrogant even to play on the Celtics.
