This guy is the worst. He gets ONE ring and he feels entitled to say anything. What a one hit wonder.

Well he earned that ring.. He totally dominated our front court, pushing them around like babies.. And lets be honest if the Celtics had Perkins last year in the last 2 games, the Celtics would have won the ring!!!!

Perkins is going to miss having KG by his side. Perk may act tough but he doesn't have the brains. KG was his voice and directed Perk out to enforce areas. With this group, Durant is very humble. There's going to be locker room conflicts until management tells Perkins about staying humble.

Does anyone remember which Lakers were involved in the play where Porkins got hurt in game 6? Was it Pau?

For the record, Terry never talked smack about the Lakers, it was just perceived here as being that. He actually said some complimentary things about them. As for Perkins, I love the honesty. I wish some of our PC players would really say what they feel.

Oh wow, how surprising. Somebody says something negative to Kobe, and all of a sudden VLF is very pleasant.

I find it funny that you are never pleasant about Kobe related things, but for an ex-Celtic who was largely hated by most Laker fans, you seem to be pretty friendly.

But you can continue to pretend like you don't hate Kobe.

Perkins didn't say anything bad about Kobe, he said Kobe tries to make GASOL tough but GASOL still is soft.

I got the March edition of ESPN the Mag, and theres a compatability test article in there on Durant and Perk.

Question was.

Lakers: Team to beat or old news?

Durant: "They're the reigning champions and still playing like it"

Perkins: "Yesterdays news. I dont like Pau Gasol or Phil Jackson. Phill is arrogant. Pau is soft. Kobe tries to bring out his toughness, but hes still soft"

I want to see the Lakers eliminate the thunder now. Just to see Perkins fat @ss walk off the court again.

Did Perkins happen to mention Drew in this article? And how the Celtics never could beat the Lakers when the Lakers had their full lineup?

I believe Drew and Perkins are actually friendly with each other. Supposedly after game 7 last year, Drew went over and had a short conversation with the freshly injured Perkins, most likely about how it sucks to be injured. Also, last year when everyone was in the midst of their Bynum bashing, Perkins called Drew one of his greatest challenges, a notion that was dismissed as Perkins being a Laker homer.

Ibaka isn't exactly chopped liver when it comes to a defensive PF. He doesn't have Kg's intensity, but then no one really does other than Kobe.

Has Perkins actually played for OKC yet? Watching last night's game, we are fortunate that the trade of Chandler to the Thunder was turned down last season. A healthy Chandler would have made that team so much better.

A different dad would've made....you..be...wtvr..not going there. lol

Actual basketball talk too complex for you?

I don't see how you come to that conclusion from yesterday's game? Chandler was basically a non-factor. Studying his body of work for the whole season is another story, but he hardly looked intimidating yesterday.

If Perkins insulted Kobe and called him soft, I know Kobe would be mad and look to destroy him the next time they meet. I know Pau is a nice guy and all but I hope he develops that attitude...he should be looking to show up Perkins the next time they meet, he needs to be more edgy.
