Do me favor 1-10 rate these aspects of LO's game. It will benifit LG. It will lessen my LO posts

Make him to be about average. Add 12mil, hes way below. What are your ratings?

What for bounty? As I looked back on this thread you actually singled out one individual doing this and awarded him with praise just because he agreed with you!

Your not looking for a rating! You're just trying to build an alliance!
I can't believe you dug this back up!

You have yet to participate. Why? You scared to actually agree

Yeah right! NOt a chance... To participate in you madness would be to accept your premises that LO is useless... Now, really... Why would I or anybody who sees your obsession against LO as damned near personal get involved?

I love LO and like you say "Hes not the worst player on the squad"

Lamar Odom doesn't deserve a 10 in rebounding. That kind of rating should be reserved for guys like KG, Big Ben, or Reggie Evans.

AMEN !

An average player? Ok bounty, if you say so.

My ratings?

Rebounding = 8. Good rebounder but can not dominate the glass ala Wallace/Howard

15' = 5. Doesn't take enough shots to really be in good rhythm game to game.

Outside = 5. Takes some bad 3's but can knock it down from outside. Again like his 15' depends on the rhythm and flow of his shooting game.

Lay up = 7. Good but not great at finishing. Will score with ease inside against an interior that doesn't have shotblocking but does get rejected a bit when facing good shotblocking.

And 1 = 4. At times makes some very good And 1's but is nowhere near in consistent at making. Misses a ton of gimmes of And1's.

Defense = 6. A solid defender against good matchups. A weak defender against poor matchups (guys much stronger or much quicker than him). He should be playing all three Frontcourt spots defensively like they do with Diaw. Depends on the matchup, but Phil at times will stick him against the matchup from hell.

Brains = 4. Not an intelligent player

Plays with Kobe = 6. Relieves him off the guard duties so he can be a pure scorer. Very important aspect that's ignored. At the same time not good at picking his scoring spots with Kobe. That's a huge concern for this team. Good 2nd options know how to score and pick their spots to score. Odom hasn't grasped that and compliments Bryant through doing dirty work (rebounding, guard roles) rather than scoring points.

How come you ignored post game and driving ability (two of his strengths?)

Yeah, giving LO a 10 in rebounding isn't to much to ask in that particular group...

LO 9.4/ KG 11.2/ Ben Wallace 12.5/ Reggie Evans? 7.20

LO has gathered double digit rebounds in 21 contest this year in leading the Lakers in that category while enabling the Laker offense to push at a better than average pace with his ball handling skills in transition. Only KG has the same ability. LO collected 16 ribbies against Shaq and company.

Trash the dude all you like but, make no mistake he makes a differance.

*RB's... 9
*15ft. Shot... does he ever shoot it?
*Outside Shot... 4
*Lay up... 7 (I would say he gets a 9 for making the move, and a 5 for the finish)
*Finishing off the "And 1"... 2
*Defense... 6
*Brains... 7 (despite his recent slump)
*Ability to play with Kobe(right fit for the team)... 8 (fit well with Kobe, but way overpaid)
*Asst/TO ratio... 5 (I expect improvement)

PLus added categories from And 1, which I'll sum up as:
Heart... 5
Consistency... 2

Amen to that!

See how your comedy is becoming sillier all the time bounty?
You needed to drag this thread up to add to yet another "lets beat up
Lamar in another fashion!"

You're boring bounty!

I told you shoes why I brought THEM up. You seem to play like this recent slump of LO's is a first the point I was trying to make is that.
CONSISTENCY DOES MATTER. I know YOU dont seem to think it does
but it is the single most important aspect TO ANY OF the GOOD let alone great athletes. You refuse to acknowledge that. You my friend are an LO jocker. You have refused to rate LO b/c you are scared that when breaking him down you will realize that he is infact a PROBLEM for the LAKERS at 12mil.
