But it was well-disguised as a buzzer beating heave. He caught the ball on a hail mary to end the 3rd, and then RAN to the corner and had the Larry Bird look of love on his face. Did anyone else laugh at this?

I laughed too.

He was clearly fouled on that shot, though.

I loved it. Bynum's in Hollywood Hulk Hogan mode right now with his attitude but he's dominating games. I feel like he's one big play away from throwing up the wolfpac sign.

It was just hilarious how sneaky he thought he was going about it. The catch in the lane, run to the corner like nobody knows what you're about to do, pick up dribble, turn around, look up at the rim with wide eyes, measure it like you're F'ing Sean Elliott at the end Game 2 of the 99 WCFs, pull the trigger...awesome.

He was fouled too, it would've been great if they gave him 3 from the stripe after that heave.

So stupid. He passed up a ten fpoot jumper that he is pretty good at with only a few seconds on the clock to run out and take a contested 3.

Nope. I like it. He used to be this cute, green kid with nothing to say, just happy to be playing. Now? He's got sunglasses on. At night.

Clean play, fool. Chest, back, and face are part of the ball. Or at least that's clearly what the refs were thinking today when reffing the Clippers.

Yeah he snuck it in there. Looked like Reggie Miller retreating to 3 point land against the Knicks.

I'm not sure if any of you watch wrestling, but if you do, you'll get the references.

I like to call this the era of Hollywood Bynum. The dude became a heel overnight and I love it. He went from a robotic, green, almost Tim Duncanesque type of personality, to what we're witnessing now. The kid is out there showing off, staring down opposing teams benches after he scores. It's great. His post game comments were even heeltastic. He was asked about the fines, and he pretty much said "maaaan, f**k those fines" in so many words. He also made sure to remind everyone that he attempted another 3 and was fouled in the act.

I'd have a problem with it if he was out there stinking it up, but the boy is a monster down low. Hollywood Bynum all day, every day!

I think it would be more epic if Bynum did not shoot the ball.

MB: Why didn't you shoot?

Bynum:

Agreed...I also made the WWF heel reference in another thread. Dude's better in his mind than he is on the court--which is damned good. My favorite thing that he does now is the standing GOOSENECK pose after he sinks a 4 foot jumper. He stands there for like 3 seconds while the ball gets inbounded.
