If that were my kid, that (bleep) sucker would not have lasted between his car and the courthouse door.
He has a much more fitting fate awaiting him in the slammer. He's going to make Andy Dufrense's treatment from the Sisters look like a friendly handshake. _________________ 14-5-3-12

Gerald Arthur "Jerry" Sandusky (born January 26, 1944)[2] is a retired American football coach. Sandusky served as an assistant coach for his entire career, mostly at Pennsylvania State University under Joe Paterno, and was one of the most notable major college football coaches never to have held a head coaching position. He received Assistant Coach of the Year awards in 1986 and 1999.[3]
In 2011, he was arrested and charged with over 40 counts of sexual abuse of young boys over a 15-year period.[4]
I have a feeling they're going to make sure that there isn't a possible way he could ever enjoy it. That guy is (bleep), literally and figuratively when he gets to prison. You think the guards aren't going to look away? Solitary confinement is his only hope. _________________ 14-5-3-12

Of course he is excited. He gets to hear the testimonials of the kids he raped, so ge can re-live them and wack off to them.
Then he will introduce documents about child molestation, and wack off to them as well.
Finally, he will look up child pornography online and claim he is doing it for his own defense. _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying...'I will try again tomorrow.'
(Nightline - ABC News) - On the first day of jury selection in the child molestation trial of former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky, ABC News has learned that Sandusky allegedly wrote "creepy" love letters to his victims, eight of whom are set to testify against him.
Intimate love letters allegedly written from Sandusky to the accuser known as Victim 4 will be read into testimony after the trial begins on Monday, sources close to the case told ABC News. Victim 4, who is expected to be the first witness called to testify against Sandusky, will also show the gifts, including a set of golf clubs, that Sandusky allegedly gave him during their relationship.
I don't live too far from Central PA, which is where this case is taking case place. People here idolize the Penn State football program and figures (ie JoePa, Tom Bradley), and are very protective of its image and legacy.
Don't be shocked if the jury finds Sandusky not gulity. Just saying..

I can't believe he's excited to get his trial started.
I don't know if prison respects age. If so he's safe, to an extent, no getting his ish pushed in.
On the other hand maybe he'd be a stripe for another senior citizen kicking his ass. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

But Polanski and Malone are just fine, right?
Polanski aggressively raped a young girl. Malone didnt rape anyone, he slept with a 13 year old, still wrong, but didnt rape her. Oh and, Sandusky raped little boys, a lot of them, allegedly.
I think Jerry is excited to get the trial started so he can clear his good name! He seems genuine when he speaks and comes off as well spoken and believable. That's why we have trials, so that a few twisted facts and rumors don't fuel a firey witch-hunt!
Oh, by the way, I have a (mock-up) copy of the Letter he sent:
My Dear Boys, remember how much fun we used to have? Sure you do, just think about your life before I came...along. We went to cool places, I bought you expensive gifts, I taught you about sports and how to be a man. It really pains me now, that some of you have now turned against me, ok, so we showered together a few times, you really think I should spend the rest of my life in prison for that? If I ever rubbed you the wrong way, I sincerely appologize for mis-readiing your wants and needs, I really thought you enjoyed our special-times together, you know, with the massage oils and body rubs, I only did them to help relieve your stress. So if you can find it in your soft warm adorable heart to forgive and most importantly FORGET, I can continue helping under-privaleged boys such as yourself, instead of being stuck in prison with a bunch of stinky old guys..
Signed, your old friend Jer-Jer...

Singed, your old friend Jer-Jer...
Dude, I already took a shower an hour ago, now I have to do it again, (bleep)...
The seven women and five men who will hear opening statements on Monday include an engineering administrative assistant at Penn State, a dance teacher in the continuing education program and a professor who has been on the faculty for 24 years. Also: a Penn State senior, a retired soil sciences professor with 37 years at the university, a man with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the school and a woman who has been a season ticketholder since the 1970s.
I have a better understanding of why Sandusky's so eager to get to trial. The jury makeup is scandalous.
It's primarily made up of Penn State alumni. I'd not be surprised if he's exonerated or end in a hung jury with a no to a retrial decision made. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Do you really think they won't convict an obvious child molester just because he was a coach on their school's football team? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

If the stories about Sandusky are true, then those are two horrible comparisons.

I'm not sold on a conviction. Those involved with Penn State have a propensity to protect the schools reputation.
As in the Zimmerman case voir dire is extremely important. This jury is heavily slanted in favor of Sandusky, six jurors involved with Penn State.
Juries are unpredictable, e.g. OJ Simpson, Rodney King, Casey Anthony
Again, I'd not be surprised if he's exonerated or end with a hung jury with no to a retrial decision made.
I lean more toward a hung jury than I do a conviction. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

A grown ass man sleeping with a 13 year old is rape... no matter how you slice it.

This man is a sick freak. If even a portion of this is true.....
From Victim #1:
Quote:
He said his contact with Sandusky began with innocent outings like basketball and summer camp before he was invited to spend nights at Sandusky's home. During summers he said he spent days at a time at the coach's home in the basement. He said that on 80%-90% of those nights Sandusky would engage in some sexual conduct with him.
It always began, he said, with Sandusky allegedly cracking the boy's back and moving his hands into the boy's pants. At various times during testimony the witness stopped, his head bowed and his voice shaking.
He said he began to distance himself from Sandusky in 2008, but Sandusky aggressively pursued him with telephone calls and unplanned visits. On one occasion he said Sandusky followed his school bus from a local high school and confronted the boy about why he was avoiding him. The incident ended when the witness said he took off running with Sandusky following him in his car.
Any truth to the rumor that Jerry brought two Socket Puppets to court and had them on his hands doing mock conversations during the Boys testimonies? _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”
