Awesome recap DB. Thanks. I was waiting for this. By the way, I bet you were just dying to use the Superman Dancing Icon for Dwight! |

Some lazy passing. Few sharp cuts to the hoop. Getting creamed in 2nd chance points. Those are all effort/focus issues. Some of that is dealing with all the change in personnel and system. Some of that is having bought into the hype.
Hopefully they don't figure they can flip the switch. The bench isn't good enough for that. _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |

I guess that's what happens when MBrown screws around with bench rotations, playing Somaygi, Aguilar, Nelson the amount of minutes two games ago, etc.
Also, you had the injuries to Hill, Howard, which complicates chemistry.
The bench chemistry is such a mess. Brown clearly hasn't figured out who is getting the lion's share of bench minutes. Not good. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Thanks for the recap DB! I think we need to ditch this Princeton offense. Just play the offense through Nash and we'll be fine. _________________ Ron Artest: "SAY QUEENSBRIDGE" |

Quote: | sat Pau for Sacre wtih 1:30 left. So, no starters in there to close the quarter. Even if he had Hill instead of Sacre, this would be a crappy rotation if he's planning on this. But it may still be a preaseason bench thing... |
Whole sale rotations lost this game for us. The lack of cohesion and turnovers could have been overcome by staggering our substitution patterns. Hopefully Brown isn't the idiot we all make him out to be and changes this in the RS. |

"We have to watch the tape"
-Brown.
Can't you tell just by watching where the turnovers came from? He forgot already? |

Even his defenders can't point to anything GOOD he's actually done, so they all fall back on "he hasn't had enough TIME yet!"
Meanwhile, the list of his deficiencies and inadequacies stacks up higher and higher with every game... |

MB keeps giving me the impression that he is poor at making in-game judgement and changes. The Denver series showed it's also true in terms of in-series adjustments.
I guess he became video dependent ever since his first job. Both Kobe and Mitch have praised how hard MB works and how much he puts into preparation. But I question his instinct as a coach.
His style works when the team is head and shoulders superior. Well planned, well prepared, just execute and crash the opponent. When it's neck to neck or the plan does not work as expected or facing a crafted coach like George Karl, the odd is against MB. |
